Nowadays,since the statement of educational objects in the Three-dimensional Target is not accurate enough,but vague,every teacher does it by sense in fact.It makes more deviation from original goals.Because the steps in traditional theory of instructional design are too complex for teachers to use,they can't conduct teachers' work.It may cause unexpected outcomes because of lack of scientific theory.In this paper there are four parts: Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of this study focusing on description of the Bloom Taxonomy of Educational Objectives theory.It is also described how to use this theory to explain three goals and "Physical curriculum standards" and discuss the necessity of introduction and the learning of the theory.Secondly,with the questionnaire survey,the "physics curriculum standards" in the Three-dimensional Target of the actual implementation of teaching is examined.Thirdly,it is described in detail how to use the classification of goals and how to examine the classification table objectives,teaching activities and evaluation's consistency.Then,the theory is used to analysis three excellent teaching cases and the author try to find out the common characteristics in these teaching cases.It can guide teachers to analysis the strengths and weaknesses of existing teaching cases.Finally,by using the general vocabulary proposed in Bloom's theory,the author has redefined the teaching objectives and improved the existing teaching cases.Then,the "Newton law" teaching cases which was improved by Taxonomy of Educational Objectives is used in actual teaching,made students' feedback test,questionnaire.In the end,the author made a practice of promotion to test the practical significance of Taxonomy of Educational Objectives.Different teachers used Taxonomy of Educational Objectives to design a teaching case.Therefore,the theory will help teachers and researchers to understand the curriculum,analysis educational activities and design the evaluation system which consists with the objectives.It also has practical significance for optimizing and improving teaching cases.
