| The CUBA league Match has been held completely for 11 years. As we all know, it made a great success during the course and the influence of the CUBA league match is also reached an unprecedented scale.The CUBA match can manifest the role of popularizing the basketball sports, spreading the sports spirit and philosophy, shaping the school spirit and value-adding school intangible assets. But in fact, it doesn't manifest. The faultiness of the competition mode is the main reason. Holding the CUBA match in the fixed place at the fixed time is not good for manifesting the role of popularizing the basketball sports. Meanwhile, meet structure is not good for construction and propagation of the campus culture spirit. Last but not at least, it is not good to solute the problem of ordinary students and teachers can hardly be to the spot to watch the game and mix the ordinary students and college athlete better together. Based on this, this paper puts forward the reformation of the previous competition mode:change the meet structure of grassroots preliminary and partition contests for the home and away structure of grassroots preliminary of conditional area and all partition contests, moving towards the NCAA basketball league gradually.On the basis of reading many books on campus culture and physical basketball match, meanwhile the author uses many methods such as document research, expert interview, questionnaire, and mathematical statistics, etc. analyzes the influence that the CUBA league does for the campus culture, and discusses the necessity of CUBA holding the game by classification like NCAA basketball league.After study, the paper concludes that:(1)At the present, the competition mode of meet structure that was adopted by preliminary and partition contest of CUBA League, leading teachers and student, other school staff and the general public lack of league participation, which is not better to promote the construction of campus culture. (2)CUBA League business operation is imperfect and the channels of capital income are narrow, which is not good for capital accumulation. The lack of resources is not conducive to the campus of material culture, while not conducive to team building and development. (3) The current level of development of the district as a whole is not balanced, leading to competitive level of partition contest teams uneven. There is significant competitive strength of weak phenomena west orient. (4) Few teams take part in the partition contest and the final competition, resulting in reduced opportunities for exchange between the schools is not conducive to campus cultural exchange and dissemination. (5)Teams have a poor sense of digging their own cultural values.For the above conclusions, this paper recommends that:(1) Increase the league audience and to enhance individual participation. (2) Broaden the revenue sources, develop the CUBA League. (3) Adjust the allocation of places for participants to optimize team. (4)Compete with the different level, raise the enthusiasm of participating institutions. (5) Developing and building the team's own culture actively.
