Information technology plays a more and more important role in our daily life,and it is also an indispensable part in education field.However,the application of any new technology in school education depends on the user's attitude and behavior.In school education,as the organizer of the teaching practice,teachers have a certain authority in the students' minds,in which they are the key for playing the effect of technology.With the development of the informational idea of the modern education in China,the country put forward higher request to the information technology application ability of primary and middle school teachers.As future teachers,normal students have the important mission in education reform,and the development of its application of information technology is directly related to the quality of teaching.Therefore,the research focus on the impact factors of normal students information technology acceptance.In this study,based on the massive foreign and domestic literature foundation,we also sort out the research results of the technology acceptance theory.On this basis,take UTAUT model as the basic model framework,combining with the characteristics of the study,we add a new variable individual innovation.Gender,education,subject type,IT proficiency instead of the original four manipulated variable,build normal students' acceptance model about IT.According to the hypothesis model and the existing empirical scale,based on the analysis of the interview results and the practical application of information technology,design good reliability and validity questionnaire.In this study,Qu fu Normal University students are the research object,and the author analyzes the data through SPSS software and AMOS17.0 software,including descriptive statistical analysis and so on.which purpose is to test and modify the hypothesis model,and judge whether the study hypothesis is true.Sample data analysis results suggested that:performance expectancy,effort expectancy,social influence,facilitating conditions,individual innovation all have positive influence on behavior intention.Among them,the social influence expect either directly positive effect on behavioral intentions,can also indirectly influence behavior intention by performance expectancy.In the process of using information technology,social influence shows greater effect on behavioral intention.Then,individual innovation is the second major factor of acceptance.Gender,education level and proficiency level have no influence on the relationship between effort expectancy and behavioral intention.Gender,education level and proficiency level have influence on the relationship between social influence and behavioral intention.Different gender groups havesignificant difference in performance expectancy,social influence.different levels of education groups have significant difference in social influence,different IT proficiency groups have significant difference in performance expectancy,social influence,facilitating condition.According to the research conclusion,puts forward to promote normal students to accept the Suggestions,so as to provide reliable theoretical guidance for IT practice.
