In recent years,various kinds of modern information technology in the field of education has achieved some positive results,but in the process of teaching integration has been heavily hindered.To explore the reason from the perspective of technology acceptance,the problem of teachers' weak willingness to use information technology is increasingly prominent.The refusal and resistance make it difficult to play the teaching effect of information technology,restrict the development of teachers' own ability,and affect the advancement of educational reform.Therefore,the key point of this study is to analyze the factors affecting teachers' acceptance of information technology,explore feasible methods to enhance teachers' willingness to use information technology,and formulate strategies to improve teachers' acceptance of information technology.Through the analysis of the relevant literature on teachers' technology acceptance,this paper first makes clear the research status of teachers' technology acceptance and the problems that need to be solved.Then carding technology acceptance theory summary,in order to build a factor model of influencing teachers' acceptance of information technology by referring the integration model of TAM and TTF.Among this model,the external environment factors including facilitating conditions and subjective norms,and the user factors including related experience,self-efficacy,perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness,as well as the technical factors including technical characteristics,task characteristics,the fit of tasks and technology.Based on this,this study put forward three strategies,"Enhancing subjective norms and facilitating conditions to strengthen external driving forces","Enhancing the matching of tasks and technologies to promote technological integration",Enhancing self-efficacy and related experiences to improve self-cognition".According to innovation diffusion,personal decision-making,marketing planning and other theories,the specific measures and implementation steps are further discussed and detailed,as to give play to the joint role of internal traction as well as external support and effectively promote teachers' acceptance of information technology.The experimental results show that intervention strategies can improve teachers' acceptance of information technology to a certain extent,enhances teachers' perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness,improve the way teachers accept technology,and the strategy about external environmental factors makes a significant impact on teachers' technical acceptance.In the end,this study summarizes the problems and reflects,and puts forward the expectation for the follow-up research.
