Research On The Information Power Of Netizens From The Perspective Of Social Networks

With the rapid development of information technology and the we-media,the popularity of the Internet continues to improve,the scale of Internet users is growing,the rise of the network society makes the interaction between the Internet users more frequent and effective.The netizen information power is the micro power derived from the interaction between the Internet users and the network opinion leaders in the network space.It is in constant dialogue with the government power and collision,and the direct effect and influence of the practice of the real society,it has a greater impact on the political ecology of the real field.In this paper,I use the social network theory to interpret the netizen information power,define its concept and explain its connotation.According to the centrality of social network analysis method,to have the quantitative analysis of the netizen information power.Select the form of the netizen information power,Network Anti-corruption and network group events in the analysis of the interaction of the Internet users to measure the interaction of Internet users in the role of information power.Through the analysis of the results of the comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the netizen information power,clear the path of power generation,the relationship with the government power,as well as social effects.In order to deal with the negative impact of the non institutionalized operation of the netizen information power,let it run better in the institutional orbit,and promote the harmonious development of the network society.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,the netizen information power is that the Internet users on the Internet platform,through the transmission of information,form in their network interaction to influence the others and society.The influencing factors mainly include four aspects:network interaction,knowledge ability,social capital and network position.Network interaction is based the netizen information power generation,knowledge ability is the key to the netizen information power,social capital is the core of the netizen information power to decide the size of the power,the position is the emphases to the formation of the netizen information power.Second,the effect path of the netizen information power is that the hot events in space or social reality as a fuse,thermal interaction cause the common Internet usersand network of opinion leaders to discuss,diversified forms of interaction,promote the development of events.Ordinary netizens rely on the knowledge ability to expand the influence of the discourse,the network opinion leaders rely on social capital to have more discourse power than others in the network of power system.the netizens in different network positions have different social capital,and ultimately determine the size of their discourse power.The network consensus will be linked to the netizen information power and social reality,the netizens discourse power force the relevant government departments to promote the solution of the problem and the event of disposal,or further discussion.Third,There are many differences between the netizen information power and government power.the netizen information power is more diverse;characteristics of the power is more dispersed and hidden;walk in the field of power network platform and the social reality;mode of operation is more discrete and efficient;form is more diverse and direct.But they are not contradictory,both can achieve effective dialogue,interaction and information sharing,promote the connection of official and folk discourse network,respond and guide users concerned about the hot issues and events,to solve the relevant problems,guide the social public opinion positive development.Fourth,the netizen information power is conducive to broaden democracy participation,promote the supervision of government power;it is conducive to grassroots participation in social governance,use a variety of ways to express the people's will;it is conducive to promote the redistribution of social power structure in the network era.However,it also has some problems,such as network violence,democratic participation and the abuse of power.Thus,it need us take effective measures to regulate.Tamp the foundation,strengthen the relevant laws and regulations of cyberspace,improve the response mechanism of government network;Solve the key to enhance the knowledge ability of the netizens and comprehensive literacy,use the network platform reasonablely and legitimately;Grasp the core,improve social capital,and cultivate network opinion leader sactively;Focus on strengthening the analysis and management of network information,and strengthen the guidance of public opinion on the network.
