Since the open of the Neidi high school class of Xinjiang in 2000,it has made much progress and aroused much hitting concern from all over the country.Also,some research breakthrough has been being made by the scholars from the mainland.However,the quantitative study of such field is relatively small.In this paper,seven high school students of Neidi High School Class of Xinjiang are selected as the research object.For specific,699 high grade students were tested;2637 questionnaires covering preparatory classes,ranging from the first grade to the second grade to the third grade,which was used to created the structure equation model of academic motivation,learning habits and learning efficiency.In this paper,we use SPSS 17.0,AMOS 17.0 and PARSCALE 4.1 software to study the multivariate statistical analysis techniques such as SEM and item response theory.This dissertation mainly focuses on the following five parts:The first part,review concerning the relevant issues.Some literature analysis were used,which sorted out the related articles of the academic achievements.While researching about the literature analysis about SEM,this paper put forward some advice about how to deal with the problem and how to make use of the principle.The second part,conceptual definition and research design.Some related concept and SEM theories were introduced.Then,some theoretical models were utilized according to the reference of its own characteristics.After that came some objects,tools,studying methods and studying methods.The third part,quality and structural analysis of questionnaire.What the dissertation did first was to test the difficulty,discrimination,reliability and structural validity analysis.Then,by analyzing the reliability and validity of all grade questionnaire,a more appropriate structural model was established.Finally,the data was used to test whether it matched the structural model.The fourth part,the exploration of the interactive model.To begin with,by using a desirable model,this essay adjusted some data and compared the merits and drawbacks of different models.Then a more favorable model were selected.The fifth part,the analysis of the result.The author found out the most important factors affecting the academic achievement,such as concentration on the listening to teachers.Ultimately,some suggestions were put forward from teachers'angle.
