Since the operation of Neidi classes (schools) for Tibet in 1985 and Neidi high school class of Xinjiang in 2000, the Neidi classes gradually become a focus of social and academic attention. At present, the researches on the Neidi classes have made relatively abundant theoretical achievements. However, the previous studies are the qualitative study on Neidi class individuals or groups with small sample mainly from the angle of sociology, ethnology and anthropology and very few people do large sample of quantitative analysis on the Neidi class groups and explore the problems of poor academic performance in the process of Neidi class education.In the thesis, by taking the Neidi class student of Guangdong province as the research objects, investigation and research are conducted by using text analysis method, observation method, interview method, questionnaire method, test method and statistical analysis method. Besides, questionnaire scale is used to measure the Neidi students’individual performance in six non-intelligence factors, namely, family background, interpersonal relations, the sense of belonging in other places, learning habits, learning motivation and learning self-efficacy, test is carried out to test students’academic performance; AMOS, and SPSS statistical software as well as the method of structural equation model are applied to explore the interaction relationship between non-intelligence factors and the influence on Neidi class students’academic performance. In addition, text analysis method, observation method and interview method are used to analyze the causes of the problems and the corresponding solution strategies are put forward.In the thesis, the statistical analysis of the achievements of the Neidi students shows that there are significant differences between the grade point average of Neidi class and that of local class; there are significant differences between the academic performance of the Neidi students different schools; Neidi class teaching process increases the Neidi students’achievement polarized phenomenon.In the thesis, the research results of the interaction among the non-intelligence factors show that the learning motivation is significantly affected by learning self-efficacy and interpersonal relationship; learning habits are significantly affected by learning self-efficacy, learning motivation and family background; interpersonal relationship is significantly affected by learning habits and learning self-efficacy and family background; the sense of belonging in other places is significantly influenced by interpersonal relationship and learning self-efficacy.The reason analysis of the influence factors of Neidi class students’ achievement shows that learning self-efficacy is the most main and the most direct factor. Besides the main reasons of the poor academic achievements and polarization of the Neidi class students also include weak education basis, the lack of family education, poor interpersonal relationship, bad learning habits and lower sense of belonging in other places. In addition, the Neidi Tibetan high school students have insufficient learning motivation; the Neidi high school classes in Xinjiang are inadaptable to the "teaching methods" and "learning methods" due to the culture dimension.
