In the current education system,students' academic achievement is one of the important indicator to evaluate their learning.The quality of academic achievement is a decisive influence on students' future development.Therefore,academic record as quick and timely feedback of students' academic achievement in most of research.This study will combine the parental rearing patterns and mathematics discipline attitude,and the self-esteem of primary school students influence on different parental rearing styles.The following results were observed:(1)On the whole,most of the parental rearing styles of primary school children were the way of parental emotional warmth and understanding.(2)Pupils' mathematics attitude is significantly positive related to their mathematics performance.(3)Parental rearing styles results show that excessive interference and excessive protection from father were negatively related to mathematics record of primary school students.Severe punishment,excessive protection and intervention from mother were negatively related to math record of primary school students.(4)Parental involvement level was significantly related to math record of primary school students.Parents' evaluation of teachers is also related to math record,and the parents' educational level is positively related to support level to children.(5)Self-esteem was significantly positive related to pupils' mathematics academic performance.(6)The gender effect of self-esteem is significant,and the self-esteem level of primary school girls is significantly higher than boys.(7)the grade effect of self-esteem is significant,and the self-esteem level of grade four pupils is the highest.(8)self-esteem plays an mediating role between parental rearing patterns and primary school students' academic achievement.Self esteem plays an mediating role between parental rearing styles and pupils' mathematics attitudes.
