In recent years,many scholars pay attention to the value of mathematical tools at the same time,also continue to promote the concern of the cultural value of mathematics.Thus,"mathematical culture" has gradually become the social and mathematical concepts of concern."Compulsory education mathematics curriculum standards" in the emphasis on the value of mathematical culture is set off to promote mathematical culture and primary school mathematics teaching content of the upsurge.Textbook as an important carrier of mathematical knowledge,how to better show the mathematical culture,to facilitate its aesthetic education,moral education and intellectual education of the full play,is the basis of mathematics and culture teaching and the key lies.In this study,the concept of mathematical culture is defined as the mathematics culture in primary school mathematics textbooks,including the beauty of mathematics,the history of mathematics and the application of mathematics,according to the mathematical culture concept put forward in the curriculum standard and other scholars’ interpretation of the connotation of mathematics culture.Selected the People’s Education Press(PEP)published in 2013 by the Ministry of Education approved by the compulsory education primary school mathematics textbook,with its mathematical culture present situation as the object of study,the textbooks in the mathematical culture classification induction,sorting analysis.At the same time,to take the form of interviews,understand the teachers and students’ perception and evaluation of the mathematical culture in the textbook.Based on this,the study makes suggestions for improving in presenting mathematical culture in the primary school mathematics textbook.This study is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.Explain the reason and the significance of the study,and the domestic and foreign research results to sort out and analyze,put forward the basic problem of research.At the same time to define the basic concepts,to determine the research methods.The second part discusses the connotation and educational value of the mathematical culture in the textbook.Based on the "Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standard" promulgated in 2011 and the "Ordinary High School Mathematics Curriculum Standard"(experimental draft),the connotation of mathematical history,mathematics beauty and mathematics in the primary school mathematics textbook Expounded and summed up the aesthetic culture of the aesthetic value,moral values and intellectual value,as a theoretical support for the study.The third part is the refinement and analysis of the mathematics culture in the primary school mathematics textbook of PEP.This paper mainly starts from the present content and the present form.The content includes the history of mathematics,the beauty of mathematics,the application of mathematics,and the use of the list of the contents of the textbooks in the text of the contents of the induction and classification.The presentation mainly includes reading the small information,the practice of the plate two forms.On this basis,it summarizes the optimism of the mathematics culture in the primary school mathematics textbook: according to the curriculum standard,pay attention to the mathematics culture;keep up with the teaching,broaden the students’ vision;pay attention to the history and carry forward the ancient achievements.Need to improve the problems are: mathematical culture content distribution is not balanced;to read the main materials,relatively single;arrangement scattered,relatively messy.The fourth part is the orientation of mathematics and culture of teachers and students in the textbooks of primary school mathematics textbooks.Through the form of interviews,understand the teachers and students’ perception and suggestions of the mathematical culture,especially the primary school mathematics textbooks of PEP.Teachers think that the understanding of the mathematical culture is more one-sided,the textbooks in the teaching of mathematical content as teaching content of the "add-on" phenomenon is common,combined with their own teaching proposed a rich mathematical culture,the content is more lively and interesting,set up speciallearning and other recommendations.Students ignore the cultural value of mathematics,but the willingness to learn mathematical culture is obvious,and expressed the mathematical culture should be more interesting and open to the recommendations.The conclusion of the interview becomes the basis of the fact that the mathematical culture is presented in the textbook.The fifth part is the improvement suggestion of the mathematics culture in the textbook.Firstly,with a comprehensive and unique vision of the material;the second,to the subject of spiral type;the third,graphic and increase the fun;Fourth,to strengthen the mathematical culture and teaching content of the depth of integration.
