"The compulsory Education Stage Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2011 edition)" refers to "the mathematics culture as a part of the teaching material,should permeate in the whole set of teaching material".The importance of mathematics culture is self-evident in the General High School Mathematics Curriculum Plan,which also emphasizes that mathematics culture should be integrated into the teaching material as a hidden line.According to the investigation,in addition to the three textbooks of Chinese,history,morality and the rule of law,the compulsory education has abolished the multi-version model and replaced it with the unified compilation and publication of the Ministry of Education,the other textbooks still adopt the system of checking and approving textbooks with more than one syllabus.The junior middle school mathematics textbooks have various versions,and the various versions of the textbooks are different from each other,which not only follow the unified curriculum standard,but also have different local characteristics,and the People's Education Edition Textbook is the most widely used version,it is feasible and necessary to make a deep research on the content of mathematical culture presented by it,and its significance lies not only in testing the conformity of the textbook of the People's education press with the curriculum standards,at the same time,it can provide a direction for the effective integration of humanistic values in science textbooks at the compulsory education stage.In this paper,the mathematical culture in the junior middle school mathematics textbook of the People's education press in 2012 is divided into three knowledge fields: "number and Algebra","figure and geometry","statistics and probability",according to Professor Wang Xiaoqin's four major categories of mathematical culture: The history of mathematics,the relationship between mathematics and social life,the relationship between mathematics and science and technology,and the relationship between mathematics and humanities and art,this paper analyzes the relationship between mathematics and humanities and art,the analysis dimension includes the distribution characteristic,the material selection characteristic as well as the present way,through the research obtains the mathematics culture present has the following characteristic:1.From a macro perspective: The contents of Mathematical Culture in textbooks are arranged in order from more to less in quantity: Mathematics and social life,science and technology,history of mathematics,arts and humanities,the quantity distribution of mathematics culture in the column is mainly composed of exercises column,followed by example,text,narration,reading material and introduction.2.From the source of material selection of Mathematics Culture: The history of mathematics is dominated by the explicit history of mathematics and focuses more on western figures,while the content of 'social life' is mainly about public life and personal life,and less about professional life,'Science and technology' content selection to material science as the main factor,'humanities and art' content to choose famous works of art or modern life picture as the material.3.From the presentation characteristics of mathematical culture,in the field of number and algebra knowledge,pure text is the main presentation,in the field of graphics and geometry,pictures are the main presentation,and in the field of statistics and probability,the combination of pictures and texts is the main presentation.In this regard,the following suggestions are put forward: reasonably arranging the proportion of various columns and various types of mathematical cultural contents;selecting the materials of mathematical cultural contents should be learned from the masses to excavate the value of life;and the presentation form of mathematical culture should break the fixed thinking,be Honest and innovative.
