The purpose is through the investigation on the present situation of Chinese women's Volleyball League,women's Volleyball League China summed up the development environment, management system, profit model and brand in the process of the construction of the main methods, characteristics and existing problems, based on the study on the development strategy of China women's Volleyball League. By using the methods of literature review, case analysis, expert interview and mathematical statistics, the following conclusions are drawn:(1) the external political environment of Chinese women's Volleyball League is relatively stable, and the social environment is superior, the technical environment is improving, but the economic environment of Chinese women's Volleyball League is full of uncertainty.(2) with the improvement of the level of science and technology support, the introduction of foreign players, the improvement of the transfer system,the degree of commercialization gradually deepened, the rapid growth of the Chinese women's Volleyball League, but not yet mature.(3) Chinese women's Volleyball League is not mature mainly for the following problems: lack of volleyball athletes base, basic education popularity, publicity and audience, commercial development is not open, occupation and standardization degree is not deep. Chinese women's Volleyball League profit model, still can not get rid of the "pull sponsorship", the main pattern of ticket sales, television broadcasting,franchising is not developed.Recommendation:(1) the development of Chinese women's Volleyball League still needs more time and investment. We must first clear the players and coaches, especially the players as the legal status of occupation of athletes, to formulate relevant laws to regulate occupation athlete labor relations, the establishment and perfection of the consultation system, which is the basis for the development of intellectual property in the women's volleyball league. To create the "Star" should have excellent technical ability,charisma and social responsibility, which is the key link of the overall public relations.On the basis of the contract, let go of corporate sponsorship or endorsement activities to enhance the visibility of professional women's Volleyball star, and the media into a mutually beneficial symbiotic structure.(2) to the team as the main goal of brand building, strengthen the Chinese women's Volleyball League fans love and follow the brand. The use of the spirit of the women's volleyball team to attract capital, the fans and the club, to relax the flow of talent,enhance the league's viewing and suspense, strengthen youth training, to ensure that the league and the national team of personnel. Only the overall development of volleyball is possible to complement each other.
