Objective: Chronic diseases are closely related to the lack of physical activity in modern lifestyles, and there are obvious "lack of physical activity" in nationals of different ages and occupational groups in China. The proportion of adults who participate in sports activities is only 8.3%.Actively carry out exercise and fitness, mainly by increasing the body energy consumption, improve the functional level of various organs to improve the national constitution and health level. At present, there are few researches on the movement of energy in China, and there is no systematic data on the energy consumption of the Chinese movement. It can not scientifically measure and calculate the energy consumption of the movement, which directly affects the scientific and effective activities of the sports and fitness activities. Therefore,it is the most important and urgent scientific and technological basis for the implementation of the "National Fitness Program" for the scientific analysis of the movement energy consumption characteristics of the Chinese people, the establishment of the Chinese people's energy consumption standard and the scientific guidance of fitness activities for the current situation of the reduction of the national energy consumption in China work.In this study,a specific population was selected to determine the level of energy consumption in running. To provide scientific guidance for the crowd to run the exercise,to provide theoretical basis for similar research. Methods: volunteers were recruited from 20 to 29 years old and BMI> 18.5 kg / m2 in Chengdu by posting advertisements and telephone calls(n =187).(n = 73)were excluded from the questionnaire on "Health and Physical Activity Status Questionnaire" and hematological examination, and 60 subjects were selected as volunteers in the required volunteer(n = 114).According to gender,BMI index is divided into 6 groups, each group of 10 people. The energy consumption of resting energy consumption and running(three speed grades 7 km / h,8 km / h,9 km /h,6 min per speed)was measured using a Cortex MetaMax 3B gas metabolite analyzer.Which rest after the energy consumption of five minutes after the data, running energy consumption to take the speed of the last two minutes of data processing, according to oxygen and carbon dioxide exhalation to calculate the running energy consumption. The results were analyzed by SPSS16.0 statisticalsoftware, and the results were analyzed by independent sample T test, paired sample T test and correlation analysis. The difference was significant with P<0.05,with P<0.01 indicating that the difference was very Significance.Results:(1)The resting energy consumption of male group was significantly lower than that of obese male group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between normal male group and overweight male group(P>0.05)(P<0.01).The resting energy consumption of normal female females was significantly lower than that of obese females(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between normal females and overweight females(P>0.05).The overweight female group was significantly lower than that of obese female group(P<0.01).(2)There was no significant difference in resting energy consumption between young men and young women(P>0.05).The exercise energy consumption and net energy consumption of young men were significantly higher than those of young women(P<0.01).(3)The exercise energy consumption of male and female in BMI normal group was significantly lower than that in overweight group and obese group(P<0.01).The overweight group was significantly lower than that of obese group(P<0.01).The net energy consumption of the normal group was significantly lower than that of the overweight group and the obese group(P<0.01).The overweight group was significantly lower than the obese group(P<0.01).(4)There was no significant difference in exercise energy consumption between normal and overweight and obese groups at different speeds(P>0.05).(5)There was a significant positive correlation between resting energy consumption and exercise energy consumption among young people in Chengdu(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The resting energy consumption of young people in Chengdu increased with the increase of BMI index, the growth of normal weight to overweight stage was moderate, and the growth rate of obesity was higher than that of female. The net energy consumption of young men was higher than that of female Also significantly higher than women.(2)The energy consumption of running exercise in young people in Chengdu area increased with the growth of BMI index. The energy consumption of running speed increased with the increase of speed, but there was no significant difference. The resting energy consumption and exercise energy consumption were significant Positive correlation.
