| Objective: by measuring different BMI young blood thin content,resting energy expenditure and the running energy consumption level and discusses the youth human body fat content and resting energy expenditure and energy consumption level,the relationship between the for scientific guidance to provide theoretical basis for fitness in different populations.Methods: through telephone and other ways to recruit 20 to 29 years old young,the health questionnaire,body shape,function test,blood biochemical examination,health screening of the subjects,according to the Chinese adults BMI standard,according to BMI for obesity,28 ≦kg/m2 or 24.0 BMI < 27.9 kg/m2)is overweight,18.5 or less BMI < 23.9 kg/m2 is normal,and then according to the subjects’ gender randomly divided into 6 groups for experiments.By ELISA blood thin content,experiment method,using indirect calorimetry method to detect 53 healthy young resting energy.Results:(1)the 20 to 29 the young blood thin content of different genders have gender differences,women blood thin content is significantly higher than that of male blood thin content(P<0.01),under the same BMI men and women there are significant differences between blood thin element,female blood thin element is higher than male,female blood thin content of 2~3 times that of men.Obese and overweight blood thin element content were higher than in normal group,and women more than men.Obese male blood thin element compared with normal group and the overweight has very significant difference(P<0.01),obese women blood thin element compared with the normal group had significant difference(P<0.05).(2)different BMI young male young resting energy expenditure than women,but no significant difference.Under the same BMI,men resting metabolism is higher than women.Under different BMI in obese and overweight men resting metabolism are very significant difference compared with normal group(P<0.01),obese and overweight women resting metabolism has significant difference compared with the normal group(P<0.05),obesity and overweight resting metabolic there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Young people’s Daily resting energy expenditure increased with increasing BMI.(3)young people to participate in the same speed running,the male youth running energy consumption than women,but no significant difference.Under the same BMI,the same between male and female male movement during running energy consumption than women.Different BMI of young people involved in running the same movement,obese women movement energy expenditure and overweight compared with normal group were very significant differences(P<0.01),overweight women movement energy consumption compared with the normal group was very significant difference(P<0.01),obese men with normal groups was very significant difference(P<0.01),and overweight compared with significant difference(P<0.05).Different BMI young people to participate in the same running,running energy consumption increased with the increase of BMI increased.Conclusion:(1)Different BMI youth blood thin element varies by gender,women blood thin content blood thin content than men high.Different BMI youth blood thin content increased with the increase of BMI.(2)Different BMI resting energy expenditure of the young men than women resting energy expenditure,under the same BMI,resting energy expenditure of male is higher than women.Resting energy expenditure of young people with different BMI increased with increasing BMI.(3)Young people to participate in the same speed running,the male youth running energy consumption is higher than female,running energy consumption increased with the increase of BMI increased. |
