Research On The Complete Set Of Action Of The Mixed Double Project In The 14th World Aerobics Championships

The 14 th World Aerobics Championship was held in Incheon,Korea,from June 17 to 16,2016,with 302 athletes from 41 countries participating in the competition.Among them,31 teams from 23 countries participated in the Mixed Double Gymnastics Competition.As one of the specified event of the team competition,the mixed double gymnastics plays a vital role in competing for the ranking of countries.Since the first time participated in the World Aerobics Championships in 1995,China have won the championship of trio and five gymnastics,(the collective six to the collective five),becoming the preponderant event in competitive aerobics advantage of the project and leading the development of the world competitive aerobics.But the mixed double gymnastics has been at a low level for a long time,affecting the group performance of China's competitive aerobics,restricting the development of China's competitive aerobics.This paper takes the mixed double event of the 14 th World Aerobics Championships as the research object,through the literature data method,expert interview method,video observation method,comparative analysis method,and other research methods,conducts a comparative study for the whole set action in mix double event in the 14 th World Aerobics Championships.This paper intends to find the problems and sum up the experience to keep a good momentum for our competitive aerobics mixed doubles event in the next cycle and provide theoretical basis for winning the gold medal of this event in World Championship.The results are as follows:1.The terms of difficulty action: 8 teams in the finals have selected 10 difficulty moves,in which C group difficulty is the largest number.Romania,the number of C group is up to 7,the Hungarian team is 6,Italy,China,Japan and Bulgaria,the difficulty of the C group is 5,Russia and Spain,the number of C groups is 4.In the score of difficulty,Chinese team,Japanese team and Bulgarian team are on the high side,the D group of single-foot swivel 1080 ° connected to the ground leg of Chinese team have become the most difficult movement in mixed double event by one score difficulty action and keep our advantage in difficulty move,while e Italy,Hungary,Russia,Bulgaria and Spain selected the appropriate difficulty score.In the use of combination of action,all participating countries use the connection form of C + C,C + A or C + A,while China and Bulgaria are selected C + A connection form.The Chinese team is out of balance in the layout of difficult action.2.The operation of action: Italian team and Spanish team are more prominent in the diversity and complexity of the arrangement of action,the arrangement of complete sets is new and unique,players with tacit understanding,the arrangement of arm movements is innovative and diverse.The Italy team is the best in coherence of action,the Spanish team shows a higher artistic conservation and dance skills in the design of action operation.The Chinese team is lack of innovative and diverse in action operation and not fit well with the music.3 The main content: the transition and connection action design of Hungarian team and the Spanish team are smooth and natural,highlighting the integrity,convergence,fluency of transition and connection action,they are rich in lift and dynamic cooperation,maximum use the three Space level,giving the visual impact and shock.Romania,the overall strength is strong,but makes small mistakes of the second lift action.The Russian team is better in terms of music,lifts and small skills.The transition and connection action of China team achieves the average level,but the fluency is poor,especially in the preparation process of C,D group difficulty action,as well as not clever in the transition,connection action and skill action design..4.The theme style: The complete sets of music and theme style matches well of the Russian and Spanish team of,performing with enthusiastic,unrestrained.Italy and Hungary team show outstanding overall performance,players with tacit understanding and music melody dynamic is clear.Italian team has the highest consistency in the whole set of action and plays more stable.The use of music of Chinese team integrates into the national characteristics appropriately and the elements of music is single,gymnastics,lift coordination and the transitional action is not perfect match with the music style,the theme is not prominent.
