A Study On The Completion Of Competitive Aerobics Mixed Double Exercises For College Students In China Based On Artistic Perspective

Competitive aerobics projects mainly include single-person and collective projects.It emphasizes the development of beauty while pursuing fitness and strength.Among these projects,the characteristics of mixed double-aerobics are the most representative.With the continuous development of the project,requirements While possessing external beauty,it is necessary to present rich artistic connotations to referees and audiences.At this stage,universities have a large investment in aerobics projects,and their professional abilities and teachers are superior,which can represent China's current level of competition in the world.This study adopted literature review method,Delphi method and mathematical statistics method,taking the complete set of mixed aerobics as the starting point,selected college mixed athletes as the research object,combined with the existing aerobics artistic performance evaluation index system and 2017-2020 Relevant elements of artistic score determination in competitive aerobics competition rules,according to expert questionnaire feedback,the artistic evaluation index system of mixed aerobics mixed double aerobics is summarized.According to the three-level indicators in the system,the artistry in the complete set is compared with the foreign set,Find out the difference between the performance of the complete set of artistic performances of the college aerobics athletes in our country and the athletes in other countries.According to the comparison of foreign outstanding players,the study found that China is heading for a good momentum in terms of technical difficulty and completion.The upper and lower limbs of the exercises are richer than the complete sets of exercises of foreign players,and the completion of the exercises is also at the world-class level..However,the study found that the gap between the artistic aspects of the set and the outstanding teams in foreign countries is still quite obvious,mainly including the choice of music and the use of the same style of movement arrangements and sets of movements have no commonality,the theme is not clear;the dance culture is less than foreign players;the design of clothing and Inappropriate use,not closely related to the set of themes;the completion of exercises is lack of expressiveness and explosiveness;the completion of separate exercises is more,the performance of repetitive cooperation is high,lack of innovation,the characteristics of the dual exercises are not prominent enough.In the future training of Chinese mixed huhu aerobics,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of related arts,strengthen self-knowledge and learning ability,and to communicate with coaches in the early stages of the compilation of the set,deepen the connotation of the theme of the set,and enhance the artistic value of the set itself.
