| Sports power in the world to train young people sports reserve talent as a long-term strategic goal of sustainable development of competitive sports.The CPC Central Committee and the State Council pointed out that the cultivation of sports reserve personnel is related to the sustainable development of national sports,and it is necessary to put in an important position to find and cultivate the youth sports reserve talents.After years of practice and exploration,our country's youth amateur sports training has formed a complete training system,training a large number of sports talents,in the domestic and international competition has made outstanding achievements.But because the model began in the era of the planned economy,many historical reasons left many problems today in the sports training by professional system to the development process,the division of the amateur occupation,amateur sports training under the influence of market economy,gradually exposed some drawbacks,has become a bottleneck restricting the development of sports undertakings in China the.The successful hosting of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,the excellent performance of the Chinese delegation at the 2012 Olympic Games in London,has promoted the transformation from the sports big country to the sports power.With the end of the Olympic Games in Rio Olympic cycle,with a new round of the adolescent amateur training,training of reserve sports talents for the national selection of every sports boundenduty.In this paper,based on a brief review of the development of amateur training of adolescents in China on the current situation of juvenile Tongchuan District of Dazhou City amateur training as the research object.Research status of amateur training by using the method of literature,interviews,questionnaire survey method,logical analysis and other methods for the adolescents found that through years of exploration and practice in Tongchuan District young athletes training has made remarkable achievements in all competitions has made brilliant achievements,delivered a large number of outstanding athletes to the sports team of the national team,training;with the in-depth investigation also exposed some problems,such as: affected by the traditional ideas,youth training enthusiasm is not high;the average area of lack of facilities,equipped with standard,not very good to carry out the work of grass-roots sports;school leaders of the school sports work seriously not enough,various sports activities carried out ineffective;the existing teachers can not meet the needs of schools to carry out various sports activities;the youth Juvenile competition is not reasonable,the number of participants less material is narrow;the existing young athletes training mode failed to reach the expected goal in the selection of athletes in training and etc..Through the study of multiple factors of restricting the development of amateur training of teenagers Tongchuan District,to draw the following conclusions: government departments should play a leading role and supervision,establish and improve the evaluation mechanism;grasp the advantages of Tongchuan District Sports at the same time,a reasonable additional training project;increase sports special funds,reasonable planning and site construction;to further improve the mechanism of talent introduction,increase the sports teacher preparation,improve training mode;perfect the evaluation system,improve the school sports training enthusiasm and teachers enthusiasm;improve the existing juvenile competition system,improve the participation enthusiasm,to expand the scope of material;increase support to training institutions in the community,to broaden the channels of competitive sports talent cultivation;optimization "teaching" team cooperation mode,improve the athlete management regulations,to promote the overall development of athletes. |
