| With the establishment of China’s goal of becoming a sports powerhouse and the rapid development of basketball,achieving high-quality and healthy development of basketball in China has become a sports demand in the new era.Basketball has always been loved by the Chinese people,but in recent years,its performance in world competitions has not been ideal,especially in the 2012 London Olympics,2016 Rio Olympics,and the 2019 World Cup held in China,where it was eliminated early.These failures in international competitions should be worth reflecting on,which indirectly reflects the problems in China’s youth basketball talent training model.In recent years,the state has encouraged and supported social forces to cultivate young basketball talents,and amateur basketball clubs are an important component of social forces.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the talent cultivation mode of youth amateur basketball clubs.This paper explores and combs the talent training model of Xi’an Youth Amateur Basketball Club by using the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,field survey and mathematical statistics,and studies the problem of youth training of the club.This study aims to fully leverage the role of sports social organizations in Shaanxi Province in implementing the "1155" development strategy,and accelerate the construction of Shaanxi Province into a strong sports province in China.The focus is on deepening the reform and innovation of the system and mechanism of Xi’an Youth Amateur Basketball Club to solve the problem.Exploring the internal driving forces behind the sustainable development of talent cultivation models for youth amateur basketball clubs in Xi’an,systematically integrating relevant influencing factors,and providing theoretical basis and innovative ideas for the sustainable and healthy development of talent cultivation models for youth amateur basketball clubs in Xi’an and Shaanxi Province.Research results: The talent cultivation model of Xi’an Youth Amateur Basketball Club can meet the normal operation of the club in terms of organizational structure,venue distribution,student sources,and fees,and has the ability to cultivate amateur basketball club talents.In addition,the policy documents issued by the national and Shaanxi Provincial Sports Bureau can be effectively utilized by the club during the development process;In the talent cultivation model of Xi’an Youth Amateur Basketball Club,coaches are mainly distributed between the ages of 25 and 35,relatively young in age,able to meet daily teaching tasks,and have relevant qualifications,which meet the teaching requirements of the club;In the process of talent cultivation,Xi’an Youth Amateur Basketball Club lacks talent effectiveness testing,learning basketball rules,and excessively emphasizes skill goals in evaluation methods;The goal of Xi’an Youth Amateur Basketball Club in talent cultivation is to improve the physical fitness and interest of young people,and to select outstanding talents to participate in competitions during the club’s training program;Xi’an Youth Amateur Basketball Club has performed well in talent transfer,and in the past five years,each club has had a certain number of transfer personnel due to different levels.Research conclusion:1.The current talent cultivation model of Xi’an Youth Amateur Basketball Club can adapt to the development trend of the market economy,make up for the shortcomings of traditional cultivation models,diversify the youth basketball talent cultivation model in Xi’an,and promote the development of youth basketball in Xi’an and Shaanxi Province.2.The coaching team of Xi’an Youth Amateur Basketball Club tends to be younger,with coaches mainly having a bachelor’s degree and possessing a coach certificate or teacher qualification certificate,which meets relevant teaching qualifications and can play an important teaching role in the talent cultivation of Xi’an Youth Amateur Basketball Club.A small proportion of well-developed clubs have graduate degrees,and there is great potential for talent development in the coaching team.3.At present,although the talent training mode of Xi’an Youth Amateur Basketball Club has made significant progress,the training mode is outdated and lacks sustainable development momentum;The existing youth amateur basketball club training system is imbalanced and incomplete;The overall development of the training mode faces problems such as utilitarianism and insufficient guarantee mechanisms,which urgently need to be adjusted and optimized.4.The talent cultivation mode of Xi’an Youth Amateur Basketball Club adheres to the principle of "people-oriented",with the main purpose of cultivating teenagers’ interest in basketball and improving their physical fitness.The purpose is to improve their basketball skills and enrich their amateur cultural life.On this basis,each club can select and transport excellent high-level talents.5.Xi’an Youth Amateur Basketball Club has the ability to transport outstanding talents,and the ability to transport talents varies among different levels of clubs.Clubs with larger comprehensive strength can utilize their advantages to collaborate with other institutions,resulting in higher social recognition and more talent transfer.Research suggestions:1.Implement the concept of "integration of sports and education",and government departments should regularly supervise to reduce the contradiction between learning and training;The sports department should guide each club to formulate unified standards for testing the effectiveness of talent cultivation in youth amateur basketball clubs;Building an integrated curriculum system guided by professional goals;Utilize the advantages of diversity,make good use of summary evaluation,formative evaluation,and diagnostic evaluation,and strive to improve the talent evaluation method of Xi’an Youth Amateur Basketball Club.According to relevant documents issued by the state,Xi’an Youth Amateur Basketball Club should make good use of various policies provided,actively cultivate more club oriented basketball talents,enhance the club’s credibility in society,and make society trust the club’s training model more.2.Xi’an Youth Amateur Club should actively cultivate its own youth training coaches and expand the channels for coaches.Strengthen the existing skills and qualities of coaches,establish a scientific assessment mechanism,and create a competitive model for coaches;While building multiple venues,attention should be paid to allocating training resources to prevent a one-sided situation that is not conducive to the selection and competition of young basketball talents.3.Give full play to the advantages of talent cultivation in clubs,establish club reputation,actively explore joint training with government sports departments,attract government investment,expand the sources of training funds for clubs,and promote the development of youth amateur basketball clubs;Each club should actively seek cooperation from multiple parties,expand the overall scale of the club,improve social recognition,and form a virtuous cycle. |
