In the context of "Internet +",new technologies have injected more vitality into education,and teachers are facing new challenges.Normal students are special future teachers,and their original educational technology capacity structure needs to be adjusted with the change of the times.In order to realize the reasonable construction of the educational technology ability structure of normal school students,this paper chooses TPACK as the main entry point of the educational technology ability structure of the normal school students in the new period,Then the article launched a series of research,re-build the current educational technology capacity structure.Through the analysis of data processing,I find the lack of normal students education technology ability relying on the TPACK.Then I use the data statistics software to analyze the factors that affect the structure of normal students.After researching and analyzing the relevant literature,I choose Constructivism and teacher professional development as the theoretical basis.Then I put the domestic and foreign mature TPACK scale as a reference for the preparation of the questionnaire,selected the normal students of the various areas as the object of investigation.Then I analyze the main components of the capacity structure of normal students under the new situation starting from the ability of TPACK.And through multiple regression,I attributed the five main components.Combined with the relationship between the various components,I determine the final form of the structural system.This paper mainly through the analysis and processing of data to find out the lack of normal ability of teachers based on TPACK,and then use the data statistics software to analyze the factors that affect the capacity consists of six chapters.The first part is the introduction,which clarifies the research background of the paper.Through the literature analysis,this paper expounds the domestic and foreign research status of educational technology ability of normal school students,and also explains the current situationof domestic and foreign research on the ability of normal students under the support of TPACK ability.And then it illustrates the theoretical and practical significance of the study and the overall research ideas and methods.the brief analysis of the paper is in the education of information technology to speed up the integration of technology and teaching trend in the context of Reebok classroom research.At the same time,through the relevant literature,the paper analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign research on the ability of normal students under the support of teacher education ability,TPACK theory and TPACK ability.Respectively,to clarify the theoretical and practical significance of the study and the overall research ideas,and to literature research and questionnaire research,adding a small range of interviews to enrich the research results.The second part mainly deals with the elaboration of the theory and related concepts.In this section,we analyzes the relevant standards of educational technology ability,combs the development process of TPACK evolution,and clarifies the importance of TPACK to the construction of educational technology ability structure of normal school students.Then I clarify the role of TPACK capabilities in building new capabilities.On this basis,I sort out the important theoretical basis,select the theory of Constructiveism and teacher professional development to supplement the construction of the new ability structure of normal students.The third part is the design and implementation stage of questionnaire research.First,We put the normal students as the research object.Then,We developed a new questionnaire combined with structured scale and unstructured scale according to the current capacity standards and domestic and foreign authority of the data scale.After data testing,we determine the final questionnaire and start research.After collecting the results of the survey,I analyzed the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Then I analyzes if the differences in gender differences,grade differences,internship experiences,and the frequency of educational courses each week will affect the ability of normal students.And the analysis of subjective questions reveals the possible problems in the process of integration of technical disciplinesThe fourth part is based on the data analysis results.This chapter divides the technical ability that based on TPACK into four dimensions with the principal component analysis method.This is a further refinement of the competency standards.From the analysis results we can see that there are some problems in the actual capacity system.For example,the poor level of normal students,theoretical practice out of line,the proportion of unreasonable curriculum and other issues.Combined with the principle of comprehensiveness,openness and application of the structure components of normal students,this paper reconstructs the ability system of the normal students based on the TPACK.The new structural system models include competence awareness,technical skills,design ability,application ability and ethical responsibility.The fifth part is based on the new structural model.It combines the problem that existing in the practical application of normal school students and the difficulties that may be encountered in the cultivation of normal students.Then,it puts forward some suggestions on the development of normal students from the aspects of the training curriculum optimization,evaluation mechanism innovation and teaching practice and so on.The sixth part is a summary of the paper.It clarifies the research value and innovation of this paper,and reflect the shortcomings of the thesis. |
