"Family-style" of flow leads to the growing trend of the special group of floating children,the size of school-age urban migrant children(aged 6-12)in primary schools in China has raised to 9 million and 290 thousand.The urbanization education of migrant children has received wide attention from the state and society.The general office of the Central Committee and State Council issued "About the strengthening of the capacity of township government service construction opinions",which put forward the enrollment system of migrant workers' children.It is clear that all local governments should cooperate with the educational department to mobilize and urge children to enter school on time both in the administrative and non-registered permanent population.However,many migrant children have bad habits and learning difficulties under the challenges of education and teaching,learning environment changes,family counseling failures and their weak foundations.The most important and direct expression is that there is a deviation in the classroom learning behavior.Classroom is an important place for children's intelligence development,and classroom learning behavior is the direct feedback of children's learning cognition.The behavior of classroom learning deviations directly affects the development of children's physical and mental health,which deserves our further attention and research.In this study,a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods is used: Through observing and in-depth interviews with urban migrant children and their social support networks,it is found that there is widespread classroom learning bias behavior in urban migrant children.Through questionnaires,we find that grades,household registration and academic achievement have an impact on urban migrant children,which concreted manifested that: low self-identification,unfamiliar class learning rules;weak will to vacillates,insufficient class attention;lack of learning methods and shills;negative class cooperation and less learning communication.Analyzing the impact of migrant children's deviant behavior from the family,school,society and its own,we evaluated the needs of migrant children in the school is to eliminate household barriers,to build a learning support network,to improve classroom learning bias and improve academic performance.It is determined to intervene and formulate a group work plan for the deviant behavior of the children in the school.Based on the Cognitive Behavior Theory and Social Support Theory as the practice support,plans to implement seven activities,develops and adjusts the content of activities to each group and facilitates the achievement of group goals in conjunction with supervision.Meanwhile,summarizes and evaluates each group activities to promote the implementation and effectiveness of small group consolidation scheme.Finally conclude that migrant children can improve their classroom learning deviant behaviors and promote the healthy growth of urban migrant children through the combination of group work methods and classroom support.The application of group work methods to the field of classroom learning for migrant children is helpful to provide theoretical guidance for future research.
