| As an important people’s livelihood project for poverty alleviation,the relo cation of poverty alleviation in different places has greatly improved the quality of lif e of the people.But while enjoying the convenience of relocation,it also brings some problems.Many parents are busy with the development of their children’s behavior an d habits.As a result,the incidence of bad behavior in children will become higher and higher.Over time,many bad behavior habits will be formed,so that there are many l oopholes and urgent problems in the psychology and behavior of children in the reloc ated community.Thought determines behavior,and behavior will further develop into habits and internalize into one’s own character,and eventually become an important i nfluencing factor in determining one’s own destiny.Therefore,the development of go od behavioural habits plays a crucial role in the growth and development of children i n ex-situ poverty alleviation communities.This study used the group working method to intervene in the improvement of children’s bad behavior habits in the T community,and took the T community in Xiuwen County as a case.Questionnaire surveys,observations,interviews and other methods were used to determine the existence of bad behavior habits and their specific manifestations of children in the T community;at the same time,it was found that children in the T community had problems such as insufficient cognition and disconnection between knowledge and behavior,weak self-control ability,poor living habits,and weak concept of integrity and self-restraint in their behavior and habits.Subsequently,the behavior scale was used to measure children’s bad behavior,and nine team members were identified;secondly,the factors affecting children’s bad behavior habits were discussed from the three aspects of family,school and society;finally,the author formulated a service plan based on social learning theory and the current situation of bad behavior habits of children in the T community.In seven group activities,through video teaching,practical imitation,behavior demonstration,role play,etc,to help team members change their bad behavior habits.The study believes that the group work makes up for the lack of education on bad behavior of children in the ex-situ poverty alleviation and relocation communities,and the cohesion of the group has a role in promoting the achievement of the group goals;compared with before participating in the activity,the bad behavior of the group members after participating in the activity has decreased,and under the atmosphere of mutual supervision formed between the group members,this good behavior has been continuously consolidated and become a habit.Finally,the use of group work is reflected: in the face of the particularity of children in the relocated poverty alleviation and relocation communities,it is necessary to provide more targeted services for their growth background,and the formation of habits requires a long-term process,and special attention should be paid to the long-term mechanism of consolidating good behavior habits to ensure the achievement of group goals;group work based on sociological theory is conducive to forming a good atmosphere of learning and supervision.The characteristics of group work are fun and educational,which have obvious effects on the change of bad behavior habits of children in ex-situ poverty alleviation and relocation communities,and in the process of practice,it is necessary to continuously strengthen the application of theory to achieve better service results. |
