| Research purposes:the Chinese national martial arts is a traditional sports project,now the research on Wushu contains different levels,based on the data of martial arts technology study and summarized the research found that technical analysis was the most competitive Wushu competition in the difficult movements such as "whirlwind feet 720°,spin swivel 360°,side flip 360°,Flying lotus kick 540° "and other technical action.There are few researches on the basic movements of Wushu.Therefore,this study chooses "run up and flying lotus kick 360° single foot landing" as the research object to analyze the kinematics,in order to achieve the purpose of diagnosis.Aimed at Professional Sports Wushu elective students and teachers,coaches training for correct and scientific methods to provide some theoretical guidance for the development of martial arts.Research methods:This study selected Xi’an Physical Education University,Shaanxi Normal University,a total of four students of physical education specialty of martial arts students as a test object,with students "run up and flying lotus kick 360°single foot landing" technique as the research object.With the aid of two SpeedCam MacroVis EoSens high-speed cameras and SIMI Motion three-dimensional video analysis system to obtain the action image and the action image analysis,obtain the kinematics parameters of the corresponding indicators,combined with the method of literature,mathematical statistics and other research methods of "swing 360 degrees approach flight single foot landing" action of the run-up phase,the take-off stage,the flight phase and landing phase of the center of gravity height,speed,shoulder,hip and knee joint angle the angular velocity and angle of trunk kinematics index data for research analysis to draw the following results.Research results:1,The run-up stage to Zhao**is a straight line running without an arc,the body tilt angle is the minimum,the other three test objects are arc run-up.2,Take off stage Zhao**foot toe abduction is not obvious,the other three test objects have obvious abduction angle.At the time of the maximum take-off buffer knee angle average is 137.19°±4.05,buffer angle of 20.99°±3.56,compared with the professional athlete knee angle is small,little difference in the buffer angle;stretch phase stretching angle 31.75°±5.71,articulatio coxae stretching angle 16.55°±2.12,compared to the professional martial arts athletes little difference in hip extension,knee extension angle slightly larger.The swing of the swing leg:Zhao**is a straight knee swing,the other three students are straight legs to the right in the upper swing.3,The flight phase from time to strike the torsion angle of the shoulder joint velocity time averaged 200.46°/s±14.14,the average speed of the hip twist angle of 208.12°/s±17.45is slightly larger than that of professional athletes;in strike ring torsion angle velocity moment to moment landing shoulder for an average of 212.23°/s±9.69 the torsion angle of the hip,the average speed is 225.49°/s±88.24,less than professional athletes.Li 2 and Ma**air strike ring is located in the center of gravity moment of the highest point,Li land Zhao**strike moment at the highest point after the center of gravity,gravity was increased to 0.45m,and professional athletes gravity was increased to 0.62 m±0.04 gap is slightly larger.4,The landing stage time trunk angle is 11.58°±1.87,hip joint angle of the supporting leg is 170.5°±1.83,the knee angle is 165.34°±4.70;the maximum buffer time of trunk angle is 24.56°±4.72,hip angle is 145.17°±7.52,the knee angle is 133.61°±3.51.Conclusion:1,Using the straight line approach and take off the foot is not active abduction,will cause the air rotation angle is not enough.2,Takeoff departure time,the knee and hip joint extension and full extension of centrifugal contraction depends on the lower limb fast turn centripetal contraction(super isometric contraction ability),the students’ lower limbs conversion ability is poor.The quality of the students themselves and the ability to control the action of determines the quality of the movements.3,The swinging path of the swinging leg determines the swinging speed of the swinging leg and the angle of the hip joint.4,The flying stage strikes the moment,the student’s right leg swing higher than the shoulder height,body posture is better,but the striking time too late,is not conducive to the adjustment of air movements and too late to prepare for landing.5,The use of different feet landing,will cause the hip to knock to the ground time,reversing the speed changes are different.6,Landing time posture approximate straight fall,easily lead to knee and ankle injury.Because the angle of the air turn is not enough,the shoulder and the hip joint have a certain twist angle at the landing stage,and the difficulty coefficient of the landing is increased.Recommendation:1,Strengthen the basic skills of students to practice,solid basic skills is to improve the quality of technical action foundation.According to the students’ running routes,as the abduction angle of the unreasonable situation,carries on the explanation,repeated training to strengthen students’ quality awareness and action.2,Improve the lower limb muscle strength of students.Increasing the explosive force of the lower limb during take-off,and increasing the vertical velocity of the center of gravity at the time of departure.3,To strengthen the students’ swing of swing leg exercises,emphasize the action route,the utility model can be used to turn the left leg and the right leg to swing the action of the external swing and the run-up and take-off action,do swing fast and powerful.4,In order to grasp the reasonable time of air attack,to strengthen the students after the jump swing leg swing speed and rotation speed exercises can be used to turn around the outside swing leg exercises,in addition,we should strengthen the strength training of the musculi quadriceps femoris and flexor muscle of hip.5,For the adjustment of the body in motion control to improve the ability of students to the body and prepare for landing,reduce landing instability for landing,to strengthen the students’ training of lumbar muscles(especially girls),can take squat strength training.6,Landing stage support feet to the ground,to actively bend the knee to buffer,reduce the ground reaction force on the knee and ankle joints damage. |
