This paper used Ariel3D analytical system (U.S.A) in sports biomechanicsteaching-research room in Wuhan institute of physical education to measure andanalyze contrastively for two actions' data as suspension kick+stand on single footsteady action and lotus360°turned+stand on single foot steady one done separately bytwo outstanding female martial athletes in our school, explored the time features of theaction process, the speed change rule of body gravity core, the angle and speed changecharacteristics of the ankle, knee, hip joints, and then in the light of twotechnical-motion features, discussed their landing stabilities from the view of sportsbiomechanics. The purpose is to reveal the characteristics and rules of the action process,so as to understand and master the action techniques for players, and promote thefurther improvement of their action-technology levels, and provide the basis forbuilding a more scientific training method for the future training of the martial arts. Some value conclusions and rational suggestions have obtained by researching.Suspension kick+stand on single foot steady action was divided into four stages asrun-up, jump, suspension and landing, the study conclusions as follows:Firstly, the step-length of the second step is bigger than the first one, which isbeneficial to the improvements both the run-up speed and pedal distance, while thestep-speed of the second step is faster than the first one, which is beneficial to theimprovement of the pedal power. The impact of the step-frequency is not big.Second, at the jumping stages, the longer the pedal distance is, the more the degreeof the legs stretched the push. The shorter of the jumping-time is, the greater of thejumping impulse is. In the jumping, the pedal angle is closer to90°, both of thesuspension height in the air and the landing stability are better.Third, if the suspension time in the air is short, it will affect the complete of thedifficulty movement. In the phase of the suspension in the air, the body doesn't reach the peak when the support foot kicks up the top, which makes the time for the bodybeing highest point and also prepares for the beautiful martial arts posture.Fourth, at the moment of the landing, the vertical velocity is fast while thehorizontal velocity is slow, which is beneficial to the improvement of the landingstability. The time of the body landing is shorter while the body gravity point is too low, which leads to the reducing of the buffer area of the entire body flex.Lotus360°turned+stand on single foot steady were divided into three actionstages as in-situ jump, suspension and landing, the study conclusion as follows:Firstly, at the stage of the in-situ jump, all low-limb joints as the hip, knee andankle should keep buckling fully at the moment of the leg buffer, the stretching andswing of double legs should keep coordination with the swinging of double arms, thusin the jump moment the vertical speed of the center of the body gravity can be increased. The speed difference variation of the shoulder between the two moments of the biggestbuffer and leave the ground and one of the hips can show that the upper-limbs of theathletes reveal the early-torsion phenomenon in the process of buffer and pedal action atthe stage of the jump.Second, in the phase of the suspension, two factors decided the quality of theswivel action as follows: increase height (or hang time) of the centre of the body gravity, rotating speed of the hip at the moment of the jumping. Both of the total time and hangtime needed by WuXueQin are longer than one of ZhouQing, so in the qualities of theswivel action and landing balance, WuXueQin did better than ZhouQing.Third, the best time of completing the air whip action is the same time at thehighest point of the centre of the body gravity.Fourth, improving the height of the suspension can get enough time to adjust thefall ground movements, and then avoid revealing the phenomenon of shaking instabilityand two feet landing in turn. At the stage of landing, reducing the ground force for athlete can reduce the stable time of landing, and further reduce the whole time of thelanding action.
