Survey On The Quality And Balanced Development Of Compulsory Education In Counties In Economically Developed Regions

Compulsory education is the national basic education,which has great significance to the training of national talent and improvement of national quality.In the realization of the nine-year compulsory education,it has embarked on a new level.Jiangsu Province is not only a economically developed province,but also a large province of culture and education.In order to achieve a balanced development of compulsory education,the government has introduced a series of policies that achieved remarkable results,planning to accomplish the balanced and excellent development of urban and rural compulsory education in the year of 2018.However,with various factors restricting compulsory education in the province,there are still a variety of imbalances,and there is a certain gap between the reality and the actual process.Therefore,it is necessary for government to study the uneven problem and propose countermeasures toward an outstanding and balanced development in the compulsory education process.At present,the related research on Jiangsu Province mainly focus on comparing the regional disparity between southern Jiangsu,northern Jiangsu and central Jiangsu,and there is few research focuses on the county level.This paper will choose a county-level city in Jiangsu Province as the example,and study the actual development of compulsory education in developed areas.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,introduce the research origin,research purpose and significance,research review,research ideas,research methods,the definition of related concepts.The second part is the analytical framework of the balanced development of compulsory education,and introduces the principles and main contents of the theoretical basis and the balanced development of compulsory education.The third part is the quality and balanced development status quo of compulsory education in Q city.Firstly,it introduces the economic,social and educational development of Q city,and then discusses the quality and balanced development status quo of compulsory education in Q city.The fourth part mainly discusses the problems and causes of the balanced development of compulsory education in Q city.By collecting the information of the local education bureau and analyzing the sample questionnaire,it is concluded that the efficiency of Q city has some problems in the use efficiency of hardware,school characteristics,teachers construction and other aspects.The fifth part tries to put forward the countermeasures to the problems arising from the balanced development of compulsory education in Q city.The main countermeasures are to establish an advanced educational philosophy,and change the school from extended development to connotative development;the government should bear its due responsibility,introduce multiple governance;increase investment in education;strengthen the construction of teachers,implement famous teacher engineering;implement small class teaching in a scientific and reasonable way;improve the education supervision and management system.
