Since entering the new century,our country education management departments at all levels leading project implemented a series of primary and secondary school teachers' professional development.The results have been mixed,throw out together.In order to continue to promote teachers' professional level rapidly increasing,we need to look at the original teacher professional development,according to Get rid of the bad ones,ill save good.This study based on the bulletin of the ministry of education in China since 2009 in the junior middle school teachers' professional development announcements as well as measures for its implementation,China education statistical yearbook of the exploration of relevant data and related literature,from the Angle of macroscopic,the theory established the junior middle school three basic dimensions of teacher professional development;Through questionnaire to investigate the first-line teachers,analyzed from the perspective of individual teacher junior high school teachers' professional development of specific issues.In the introduction part,this paper discusses the selected topic reason,the research significance,literature review and the related concept,and put forward the research idea and method of this article.The first part of the article,through the relevant research papers as well as the policies and regulations such as the literature research,combined with the statistical data analysis,from the macroscopic,comprehensive exploration junior middle school teachers' professional development from the Angle of theory of three dimensions:the influence factors of junior middle school teachers' professional development,junior high school,junior high school teachers' professional development of teachers'professional development way of the stage,and to explore the connection between the three dimensions.The second part and the third part,a questionnaire about junior middle school teachers,professional development,to the selection of survey,questionnaire design and preparation and made detailed instructions to issue and recycling.After statistical analysis was carried out on the recovery of data,draw the diagram junior middle school teachers' professional development.The fourth part,combining macro,theoretical research and the questionnaire investigation of the front-line teachers,put forward opinions and Suggestions about junior middle school teachers' professional development,including the basic principles of junior high school teachers' professional development and junior middle school teachers' professional development strategy.
