In recent years,paying attention to various languages and behavior state of students in study at education philosophy level and education practice level has become the focus studied and concerned by each field of educational circles.Researchers have transferred their attention from studying curriculum standards and textbook to studying the speech,behavior,psychology and cognition of students gradually;they pay attention to people-oriented,equal and harmonious building system between teachers and students;therefore,research on interaction and communication of classroom life between teachers and students in elementary school has become a hot topic in recent years.The classroom teaching effect affects the cultivation of behavior habit and personalized development of elementary school students;at the same time,the speech interaction in class between teachers and students will also affect the personal career planning of teacher as well as the good relationship cultivation between teachers and students.The speech interaction in classroom teaching can present the interaction between teachers and students directly,active classroom atmosphere and effective interaction between teachers and students is good for achieving the teaching objective of new class as well as mastering of difficulties and at the same time,promote the synchronous development between teachers and students.Nowadays people are good at converting invisible things into information code to study and analyze and there is no exception in education field.This paper combines speech interaction between teachers and students in mathematics teaching in elementary school with improved Flanders Interaction Analysis System to analyze current situation and reasons and then makes strategy research.The first chapter firstly makes certain logical combing and summary analysis for speech interaction between teachers and students in domestic and foreign classes as well as related literature of Flanders Interaction Analysis System;the second chapter makes rigorous classroom instructional design and makes detailed introduction for research tool(iFIAS)and then implements classroom observation and data collection.After attaining quantitative data,the third chapter will combine iFIAS quantitative research and interviews of teachers and students after class to make multi-dimensional presentation for speech interaction between teachers and students in class.It makes classification research on 14 codes in iFIAS and makes research and analysis of current situation from seven categories of teacher indirect speech,teacher question speech,teacher direct speech,students active and passive response,student discussion speech,classroom silence and technology application.The fourth chapter makes discussion on the reasons for the problems appeared in these seven categories.For the problems summarized in speech interaction between teachers and students,in the last chapter,the writer summarizes related data,literature and collected qualitative interview and proposes feasible countermeasures for classroom speech interaction between teachers and students from seven dimensions for the improvement of speech interaction between teachers and students in normal mathematics class in elementary school.
