The reform of secondary vocational education is related to the improvement of teaching quality and efficiency of secondary vocational education,and to the cultivation of high-quality workers and skilled talents.Among them,teaching reform is one of the important links in the reform and development of secondary vocational education.Positive teacher-student interaction is conducive to improving teaching efficiency.Under the initiative of the concept of action-oriented reform in secondary vocational education teaching,through deepening the classroom,this paper analyzes the interaction between teachers and students in finance and accounting major.It provides a reference for the majority of front-line teachers of financial and accounting specialty in secondary vocational schools to improve the interaction between teachers and students and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.With the iFIAS as a tool,six teachers of accounting department in a secondary vocational school in Hebei Province are selected as the research object to analyze the teacher-student interaction of the recorded classroom teaching video of accounting specialty.According to the 14 codes of teacher speech,student speech,silence and confusion,and the use of technology in the improved Flanders interactive analysis system,the interactive data of accounting major in secondary vocational school are processed.After the basic data are obtained by matrix analysis and ratio analysis,the interaction between teachers and students in classroom teaching is deeply analyzed by means of questionnaire survey and interview.It is found that the middle school students in the professional classroom are more likely to study passively and make good use of the silence in the classroom,but they are mainly teacher-led,the interaction between teachers and students is not ideal,and occasionally there will be confusion in classroom discipline.Multimedia technology also has limitations in promoting teacher-student interaction.Therefore,according to the regular organization of teaching skills training or observation activities on teacher-student interaction,regular seminars on teacher-student interaction are held between teachers and students,and the learning ability of students from different sources is divided into classes.In order to promote the improvement of teacher-student interaction and improve the classroom teaching quality of secondary vocational accounting specialty,the most appropriate way of teacher-student interaction is selected according to the curriculum type and the special training of multimedia technology is carried out for teachers in order to promote the improvement of teacher-student interaction and improve the classroom teaching quality of secondary vocational accounting specialty teachers.
