In 2013,the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Education selected 17 high schools and conducted the first batch of Pilot Teaching Reform of Specialization of Physical Education in Senior High Schools.By means of the implementation of "specialization of high school sports" teaching,the Shanghai Education Commission seeks to improve the quality of physical education in schools,help students to master the knowledge of sports and 1-2 athletic skills,enhance students' sports awareness and interest in sports,keep students' physical fitness,and promote students' to develop the habits of life-long physical exercise.In August 2015,the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Education further expanded the pilot program of special education for high schools in physics teaching.21 high schools,including Minli Middle School,became the second batch of pilot schools in the reformation of special education for senior high schools.To this end,the Physical Education Research Center of Shanghai Normal University has constructed a physical monitoring system of physical training for "specialization of high school sports" in order to reflect the students' physical fitness level.Then the system is able to reflect the students' physical fitness accurately? In this study,the physical monitoring system of physical training in "specialization of senior high schools" was traced to track the physical status of Shanghai Nanyang middle school students in order to verify and perfect the system.Research purposes:This article will further track the physical monitoring of students who have been implemented physical fitness monitoring system to verify and improve the high school physical education sports physical monitoring system.According to the test results of the indexes in different stages,some suggestions are put forward for the physical education teachers to carry out the special courses of physical education in senior high schools.Research methods:This research focuses on the follow-up research of physical monitoring system of physical training in "specialization of senior high school physics",including body shape index,body function index,cardiopulmonary function index,flexibility index,sensitive coordination index,strength index,speed index and endurance index Shanghai Nanyang High School sophomore students in the 35 th week and the 48 th week of the system of the indicators of the test and the use of the predecessors of Nanyang Middle School students the first week and the first 13 weeks of the indicators test results combined with the various sports Characteristics of the various stages of student indicators test results were compared and analyzed,at the same time using telemetry heart rate monitor students' strength,for the better implementation of high school sports special targeted development strategies,but also for all high schools to implement high school sports specialization Provide reference and reference.Results:1?Body shape tracking test results:In the study of body shape related indicators,we found that there is not any significant change in the chest circumference of all the special students.The results of the poor breath test showed that the basketball special students increased their floating larger but did not show any significant differences(p> 0.05).In the various stages of testing The BMI reveals little change,the overall average did not appear lean or overweight and obesity values;without height changed,weight gained,body fat rate decreased.The body function-related indicators of the study found that: the special systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure slightly fluctuated up and down,there was no significant difference(p> 0.05),the special student heart rate showed a downward trend,including men's basketball,women's basketball,There was a significant difference in ping-pong male students(p<0.05).In the study of cardiopulmonary function related indicators,it was found that the lung capacity of all the special students increased and had a very significant differences(p <0.01).In the results of the step index test,it was found that most of the students' step index has increased.2?Flexibility tracking test results:In the study of the related indicators of flexibility,it was found that the scores of partial flexion and flexion of some special students increased significantly(p <0.05),and the scores of partial flexion and flexion decreased slightly in some special students.In the study of sensitive coordination of related indicators,researchers found that: Most students in the 20 s repeatedly across the test results have various degrees of improvements,the male pingpong learners and female pingpong learners had significantly different test results.(p <0.05).3?Strength quality tracking test results:In the research of power related indicators,it was found that the left and right hand grip of all the special students had been improved to some extent,and the standing long jump scores of all the special students were also on the rise.Among them,the basketball special students show a very significant differences(p <0.01).Sit-ups(female),pull-ups(male)results have improved in the 30 s sit-ups results found: all the special students have risen.In the study of speed-related indexes,we find that the scores of special students in 50 m running sports have increased,the scores of test scores decreased in each special student and found in the study of endurance-related indicators,and each special student completed 800(Female)/ 1000(male)m time-use scores have been reduced to some extent.4?Physical fitness tracking test results for a special class:In the course of monitoring indicators found that the specific heart rate of students and heart rate difference 2min after the test results in the latter test,which is generally less than the differences between the previous test,grip strength,back muscle strength and continuous five times the first and second vital capacity differences.The values of the special class showed no significant changes before and after the comparison.(p> 0.05).At the same time,the special heart rate monitoring(SUUNTOt6c)was used to monitor the heart rate of students during PE class.The results showed that the peak value of heart rate of male and female basketball students can reach 185 times per minute,and the average heart rate of male basketball in physical education reaches 137 / min,women's basketball 133 times / min,male ping,nvping special student heart rate has been maintained at 120-140 times / min.The main conclusions of this study:1.After the special sports courses for high school students,all special students have improved their physical fitness indicators.Among them,basketball special students have significantly improved in the test results of cardiopulmonary function,speed,endurance,and strength.Ping Pong Ball special students have significantly improved in the test results of response,agility,and grip strength.2.Based on the physiological monitoring system of physical training for high school sports specialization which has been established,this study combined the test results of various indicators,revised and improved the physiological monitoring system of physical training for high school sports specialization.3.Through the experiment,the physical monitoring training system for physical education of the “High School Sports Specialization” has been verified.The results show that the system can monitor the physiological indicators in combination with the characteristics of each sports event,and can complete physical training indicators of “high school sports specialization”.
