With extensive application of information technology in the education industry,Massive open online course(MOOC)is gaining more and more attention.MOOC encourages learners to form a distinctive online learning group in which learners choose their own mutual help learning group on different social network sites according to their needs and goals.As these groups continue to gather,the resources and websites related to the course begin to appear to facilitate the exchange and communication of learners.Although the Internet platform provides convenience for users in communication and work,but for learners,it's difficult to get a timely answer when they have problems.Whether learners can get a timely answer is an essential factor affecting the development of MOOC.If students can get the correct answer immediately as soon as they have questions,it will absolutely improve the learners' efficiency and then foster the development of the MOOC.Online learning automatic answering system based on the auxiliary learning is generated.In order to facilitate the MOOC classroom online communication and improve the real-time of it,this article introduces the online learning automatic question answering system to promote the development of MOOC and enhance the practicality of MOOC.Online learning automatic question answering system can help learners to solve the problems encountered in learning timely,improve the learning enthusiasm and learning efficiency,and release the teacher from heavy teaching burden.To solve problems mentioned above,this paper studies on the existing Q&A system in-depth,considering the characteristics of the students' questions which contain less information and short sentences,this paper designs an automatic teaching question and answer system to assist online learning better.This Q&A system improves the existing semantic similarity retrieval algorithm based on Pangu's Segment and Lucene.Net and applies terms expansion and characteristic position into algorithm to consider semantic information in internal similarity.The system adopted "flipped classroom" as its example to collect possible questions learners may encounter in leaning and inserted the most effective corresponding answer into the database in form of "problem-answer" pair.When the learner encounter problems,they can submit questions to the system,and the most appropriate answer in the database to the question will be offered to students.If there is no such a corresponding answer in the database,the automatic Q&A system will send the question to the teacher.After the teacher answers the question,the automatic Q&A system will study the question and the answer independently and store "Question-Answer" in the database.When the student raised the question again,the automatic question and answering system will give the answer to the question automatically and immediately.The results show that the research of this system improves the accuracy of online learning automatic Q&A,and helps students complete online learning and reduce teachers' burden.
