With the rapid development of Internet and information technology, the network learning with the characteristics of break time and space limit become a necessary way of human knowledge. Network learning resources quantity rapid growth, select learning resources of space is very big, but the learner finds himself in the sea of learning resources can’t easily find what you want to study resources, information retrieval based on keyword can only search and keyword matching learning resources, but cannot search the same knowledge concept of keywords of different learning resources. Online learning resource construction because there is no unified standard and norm, cannot achieve a wide range of sharing and communication, lead network learners to the trap of "cognitive overload" and "learning journey".The key to solve the above problem is the construction can be Shared communication, unified network learning resource. This paper made a junior middle school physics about the semantic web learning resources retrieval system in the field of research work, first of all, the basic theory of the semantic web, and the theory of network learning is studied; And then studied ontology description language, modeling method, development tools, etc., determine the construction of domain ontology model based on the iterative build "seven steps" method; Again, the learning resources and learning resource metadata and its standard construction of the status quo, finally, to study the semantic retrieval system model and the algorithm of semantic similarity. The main work of this paper is the construction of junior middle school physics knowledge ontology and ontology learning resources and research about the simple semantic retrieval repository.
