Gymnastic Qigong is one of China's excellent traditional sports programs.It has gentle movements,graceful postures,and internal and external coordination.Regular exercise can largely regulate body respiration,promote meridian circulation,improve endocrine system functions,and has significant effects on treating diseases.effect.However,a series of cult organizations represented by Falun Gong,under the name of Gymnastic Qigong,confuse people and mislead the public,misinterpreting the righteousness,and have a huge hindrance to the development of the national fitness program,especially Gymnastic Qigong.Therefore,the Gymnastic Qigong Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of the People's Republic of China organized and organized four sets of Gymnastic Qigong such as Yi Jin Jing,Wu Qin Xi,Liu Zi Jue and Ba Duan Jin.In recent years,with the vigorous promotion and popularization of Gymnastic Qigong,the practice of a growing crowd of people has enabled Gymnastic Qigong to flourish,but there are still many problems that need to be solved in the development process.This article studies the status quo and problems in the development of Gymnastic Qigong in Jining City and hopes to provide useful suggestions for the healthy development of Gymnastic Qigong in the future.In this paper,Jining city is selected as a representative of the city of Rencheng District,High-tech Zone,Taibaihu New District,three areas of Gymnastic Qigong practitioners and managers for the study,using the literature,questionnaire,expert interview,logical analysis,field Study methods and other methods to study the development status of Gymnastic Qigong in Jining City and put forward countermeasures based on the research results.The main conclusions are as follows:1.There are significantly more women than men in practitioners of Gymnastic Qigong in Jining City;the age distribution is "small on both sides and large on the stomach",with an average age of 55.5 years old,mainly in the middle-aged;education is generally low but occupations are widely distributed;insufficient promotion of five sets of exercises such as Dawu and Tai Chi Health Staff,overall development is lagging behind.2.Jining City's propaganda of Gymnastic Qigong is too single,good publicity of paper media,but there is not enough publicity on online media,not using the internet very well.Too few activities and training courses organized by the organization,unable to meet the needs of the majority of Health Qigong practitioners.3.The status of the application and examination and approval of Jining City Gymnastic Qigong site has gradually improved in recent years,but there are still non-standard and non-systematic issues.4.The theoretical knowledge of the heads and counselors of the Jining Gymnastic Qigong site is still relatively lacking,and organization management capabilities need to be improvedMake the following suggestions:1.Giving play to the leading role of the government,letting professionals of Gymnastic Qigong perform management and promotion work,clarifying the division of responsibilities among management departments,and integrating all available resources to promote the development of Gymnastic Qigong.2.Strengthen the publicity and promotion of Gymnastic Qigong in schools,hospitals and enterprises,and let people from all walks of life join the Gymnastic Qigong team.3.Create new Gymnastic Qigong exercises for different groups of people.4.Establish and improve the application and approval system for Jining Gymnastic Qigong stations,increase the exchange activities between stations,and create Gymnastic Qigong events with regional characteristics.5.To strengthen the training of Gymnastic Qigong site counselors,they not only must have excellent skills but also have strong theoretical knowledge and organizational management capabilities.
