Social sports instructors are mass sports activities of the organizers, managersand directors, and are the development of undertakings of physical culture and sports in ourcountry, enhance citizens’ physical and mental health, improve their quality of life, an importantforce in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. In these years, Jining city social sportsinstructor team got rapid development. With the coming of the23rd Provincial Games, jiningpublic enthusiasm for sports fitness is increasingly high,"national fitness" has become thecurrent urban and rural residents of jining an important content of life. How to establish andimprove the social sports instructor management system has become necessary for the healthyand stable development in the community. Because the development of social sports instructorsof jining city late, so inevitably there will be some drawbacks. In the face of the currentdifficulties, how to cultivate a high quality and ability of organization and technology of socialsports instructor team, thereby reducing the masses fitness blindness, to further promote thenational fitness sports and social sports development process, is an important subject in front ofus.For the understanding of jining city social sports instructors work situation,This paper usesquestionnaire investigation, expert interview method, registration of jining city urban and ruralsocial sports instructors in the investigation, interview and mathematical statistics, logic analysismethod of statistical analysis of data obtained. After investigation found that the number ofsocial sports instructors in jining city has increased significantly, on social sports instructortraining system is gradually perfected. The society of the social sports instructors degree ofidentity low reason directly weakens the direct motive of the social sports instructors. But manyproblems are exposed, such as low rate of the guidance of social sports instructors, guidance,precariously instructor uneven distribution of urban and rural areas, as well as the instructor ofage structure, sex structure, level structure, educational structure is not reasonable. Especiallynow social sports instructor’s security system is not perfect, the society of the social sportsinstructors degree of identity low reason directly weakens the direct motive of the social sportsinstructors.This article in view of the present problems existing in the process of jining citysocial sports development countermeasures were proposed:1. Improve the national fitness campaign publicity and fitness area coverage;2. Strengthen the training of social sports instructors, perfect training system, strict instructor approval process, improve the comprehensive quality of social sports instructors;3. Play to the functions of the government, the establishment of social sports instructors,security system, to improve the work strength and stability of the guidance of social sportsinstructors;4. As soon as possible to complete the amateur and professional social sports instructorsystem;5. Strong social sports volunteer team, as soon as possible, narrow the gap between urbanand rural;6. The sports consumption market positively, seeking to promote social sports professionaldevelopment strategy.
