Teachers' professional ethics is the core content of teacher professional development,and teachers' professional moral evaluation is an important form of teachers' professional ethics activity.It ensures that teachers' professional ethics principles and norms can be implemented and translated into teacher's moral behavior.Therefore,scientific and effective implementation of the ethics evaluation can promote educators to understand the nature of teachers' professional ethics and education.This article focused on three aspects about teachers' professional moral evaluation which were: "investigating what","how to investigate" and "how to interpret the results".This complete text included 5 chapters: Chapter 1 was introduction.It mainly introduced the research background,significance,actuality,questions,thinking and methods,etc.Chapter 2 introduced the Intermediate Concepts Measure.It mainly introduced the sequence of development,theoretical basis and specific steps of this measure,putting forward the three revelations for the evaluation of the primary and secondary school teachers' professional ethics.Chapter 3 was the development of professional ethics questionnaire for Suzhou compulsory education teachers.This chapter went along the researching thought of the “teachers---functions of teachers---teachers' professional ethics”.It mainly used the Intermediate Concepts Measure to develop questionnaire's framework and item content from the perspective of “relational dimension”,which was based on the teacher's education teaching activities.Chapter 4 introduced the research and survey about professional ethics questionnaire for Suzhou compulsory education teachers.It Mainly analyzed the project quality of questionnaire,the distribution of each questionnaire on moral index,the distribution of story on moral index and the diversity research on moral index from different dimensions from forecasting and measured data.There are three interesting findings in this study:teachers' judgment of behavior is better than that of reason;Teachers' judgment of good behavior/reason is better than that of bad behavior/reason;The accuracy of novice teachers' judgment on behavior/reason is higher than that of older teachers.Chapter 5 introduced the analysis and enlightenment of professional ethics questionnaire for Suzhou compulsory education teachers.This chapter analyzed the possible reasons that contributed to these results and put forward some suggestions for compulsory education teachers' professional ethics constructing : Changing moral education thinking and realizing the goal of three-dimensional moral evaluation;Teachers should stick to lifelong learning,and schools should help to cope with the display impact.Attaching importance to teachers' experience and trying out the method of teaching ethics workshop.
