With the development of society,more and more attention has been paid to education.Educational reforms have been carried out all over the world,and all countries have put forward new ideas for teachers' knowledge as professionals.Mathematics Pedagogical Content Knowledge(MPCK)is an important component of mathematics teachers' knowledge,and also an important factor affecting the professional development of mathematics teachers.The main purpose of this study is to analyze and summarize the characteristics of the three dimensions of the novice primary school mathematics teacher,MPCK,in the knowledge of mathematics,the knowledge of mathematics teaching and the knowledge about the students' mathematics learning.Based on this,the author puts forward some suggestions for improving the MPCK level of novice teachers in primary school.This study takes three primary school math teachers in X primary school in Shanghai as cases,and carries out a classroom observation,interviews with pre class and video recording.Through a detailed and in-depth analysis of the cases of three novice teachers,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the novice teachers of elementary school,MPCK,from the three dimensions of the MPCK.In the field of mathematics knowledge,the three teachers can grasp the specific mathematical content,understand the connection between the specific mathematical content and the pre-and post knowledge,and understand the key and difficult points in the teaching of specific mathematical content.In the knowledge of mathematics teaching,the three teachers can basically adopt appropriate teaching methods to help students to establish knowledge representation and help students understand the difficult and difficult points,but there are some problems in helping students to solve learning disabilities and feedback on students.In terms of students' knowledge of mathematics learning,three teachers do not understand the students' learning situation before class,can not accurately predict the students' possible answers and views,and do not understand the reasons for the students' learning disabilities.Based on the above research conclusions,the author puts forward some suggestions for improving the MPCK level of novice teachers in primary school mathematics.In the knowledge of mathematics,we should strengthen the understanding of subject knowledge;enrich the knowledge about teaching methods,teaching strategies andteaching feedback in the knowledge of mathematics teaching;in the knowledge of students' mathematics learning,we should understand the students' learning needs and thinking mode.
