For mathematics teachers should not only have good mathematics professional knowledge,but also need to know the knowledge of how to teach specific teaching content,namely pedagogical content knowledge(PCK).The new math teachers lack of experience in teaching,development PCK is an urgent need to solve the problem for them.137 high school math teachers were surveyed to assess their perceptions of their own teachers' PCK in the study.Combined with classroom observation and interview after class,The research content as follows: High school mathematics of novice teachers and experienced teachers' PCK differences in what aspects? What's the PCK difference?How to promote the development of novice teachers' PCK?The results showed that novice and experienced teachers' PCK differed significantly,In addition to “Knowledge of student assessment”.In the math teaching aims,Novice teachers emphasized on "three dimensional goal" and paid attention to students' participation and the basic knowledge of learning,but the teaching aims were represented "stereotypes" and not specific,experienced teachers paid more attention to basic knowledge learning experience,at the same time,emphasized the connection between the old and new knowledge and can predict the difficulty of students;in the knowledge of mathematics curriculum,the novice teachers' understanding of the course tended to study of concept,application and thought method was introduced.but experienced teachers in addition to this,also can realize what content for the improvement of students' thinking,at the same time,the novice teachers can't good understanding mathematics curriculum knowledge and other disciplines in the field of contact;in the understanding of students,novice teachers coult not be well understood by the students for a particular content causes of confusion,experienced teachers on students' thinking features had a good understanding of the cognitive level,and can according to the characteristics of teaching organization.in the aspect of teaching strategies,novice teachers paid more attention to students' subjectivity,can give students more opportunities for communication,discussion and opinion,at the same time,the novice teachers paid more attention to the knowledge and skills training,but the teaching process to appear more machinery.Experienced teachers tended to focuses on knowledge before and after contact,and had their own unique thinking and understanding to the teaching material,So for the novice teachers development subject teaching knowledge put forward the following Suggestions:(1)normal education stage focus on practical knowledge of learning;(2)novice teachers in the teaching to strengthen the attention of students;(3)strengthen the communication between with colleagues,get into the habit of teaching reflection.I hope I can make the research to the attention of the high school mathematics teachers in the PCK,and provide reference for the novice teachers development PCK.
