| Brands has played a critical role in competition in the future,the importance of brand gradually affect all aspects of a market economy.Faced with the opportunities in front of China nowadays policies of the development of continuing education,lifelong education,create a learning society which are strongly advocated,private education institutions,colleges and universities all would like to seize the training departments and training market,however,current situation of market reflect a problem that colleges and universities are blindly following the trend,and private education institutions are not professional.Without scientific planning and long-term design,private educational institutions cannot live long in the market,and the same to the universities’ institutions.Building a brand becomes the key step for universities’ training department to seek better development.How to build the brand becomes the issue that universities’ Further Education need to care about.Based on this practical issues,research and explore the theory and analysis representative cases,we proposed six main dimensions which have main influence on the brand : the philosophy of education,curriculum,teacher team,management,learning outcomes and external image.And through the actual investigation of the six dimensions verified,we got the results,and applied on China University of Petroleum(Beijing)School of Continuing Education,and giving them some suggestions.First,from the perspective of philosophy of education,the teacher’s behavior and work should reflected convey the philosophy of education.Second,from the perspective of course,curriculum designs need to consider the students’ needs.Third,in terms of faculty,we can advertise teachers full of experience and professional,while increasing research on the characteristics of continuing education and trainng.Fourth,from the operation and management dimension,ithe study of students’ psychological can make the training better.Fifth,in the view of results,if we can carry the industry certification training,we will be greatly competitiveness.Sixth,from the external image of publicity,the publicity means can be diverse,and the existing network communications platforms need to take full advantage of increased used. |
