High-level teachers are an important guarantee to improve the quality of college education and to cultivate and deliver qualified talents for the modernization of the country,while teacher training is an important way to cultivate high-level teachers.Therefore,it is important to conduct a study on the current situation of teacher training in general colleges and universities.In this study,the current status quo of teacher training in general colleges and universities is studied from the perspective of two-factor theory,and college H is selected as a case study.Through interviews and questionnaire surveys with teachers in college H,the shortcomings in the process of teacher training in general colleges and universities are investigated,and the factors affecting the effectiveness of teacher training in general colleges and universities are analyzed,and countermeasures for their improvement are proposed.Therefore,this study concludes that introducing the two-factor theory to motivate teachers to participate in training from several aspects can guarantee the effectiveness of teachers' participation in training and improve the effect of teacher training. |
