Cell Phone Miata 4G Develops Risk Management

In 2013,the global smart phone sales breakthrough 1 billion,meanwhile the increasingly fierce competition in the market of global mobile phone,mobile phone industry are keeping big reshuffle,even once the industry leader cannot escape from it.In the face of the increasingly severe market competition,mobile phone R & D company wants to remain invincible in the mobile phone industry,put forward higher requirements on the mobile phone R & D project management level.Project risk management is the priority among priorities of the project management.TCL Ningbo R & D center is a company with 10 years of development experience in mobile phone industry.This paper listed in the company project Miata 4G which is 2013 Q1 to market as the research object,research the risk management in mobile phone R&D.The main content includes four parts: the first part,introduces the background,and the conduct of research and learning theory,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following research;the second part introduces the TCL R & D center in Ningbo and Miata 4G mobile phone background,the research content can be targeted;the third part is the focus of this paper,introduces the main use of brainstorming and checklists,identification of risk sources and stage in the process of mobile phone R & D.After the project based on the risk identification and risk analysis,risk evaluation index system was established for the new project in TCL Ningbo R & D center of research and development,and the comprehensive use of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the risk of the project;the fourth part is combined with the actual situation of Miata 4G,the risk response were main risk of the project.Through the research,to determine the impact of the main risks of the project for the market risk,quality risk,technical risk,schedule risk and management risk.And the evaluation results from the see mobile phone R & D risk TCL Ningbo R & D center at medium risk(50%),the two main risks is the technical risk and management risk.The research results have provided effective reference to the risk management of mobile phone R&D in TCL Ningbo R & D center.
