Design And Implementation Of Human Motion Angle Measurement System

In the military physical assessment standards,push-ups,sit-ups and horizontal bar pull-ups need to use the human body movement angle measurement technology.The angle in human motion is variable and uncertain,so it is not easy to be clearly defined.The error in the assessment of these sports is relatively large,so the design of the training system dedicated to the assessment of these sports becomes very urgent.Based on the study of human motion angle measurement at home and abroad,combined with the actual needs of the military assessment,the paper designs a motion angle measurement and evaluation system based on ZigBee wireless communication chip CC2530 and acceleration sensor MPU6050.This system is based on the accelerometer MEMS technology and wireless communication technology.It adopts portable human motion angle measurement terminal and the way of wireless networking information transmission between equipment,which makes the measurement and information collection of examination system fully and effectively.It not only greatly improved the accuracy of the examination,but also improved the convenience of assessment.Those advantages make the system to meet the standardization and intelligent needs of the physical assessment.The whole system is composed of human motion angle measuring terminal,examination total controller and upper computer.It realized the counting of standard gesture in the human motion.The CC2530 is used as the main control chip and the acceleration value is collected by the MPU6050.The angle of the human motion range is calculated by the algorithm,and the standard of motion is judged by the CC2530.The CC2530 is equipped with RF radio frequency transmitter.It is also used to realize the data exchange between the terminal and the controller,which uploads the count of movement.The user can carry on specific operations by the host computer.After a long period of testing and improvement,the functions of the motion angle measurement and assessment system have reached the target.It has good stability and has been put into use in a number of military assessment.
