| Since September 2013 the concept of "The Belt and Road" has been put forward by the general secretary Xi Jinping,In recent years this national top-level strategy has been widely discussed and studied.One year later the State Council issued the 《Long-term Planning of the Logistics Industry(2014-2020)》,then "The Belt and Road" and "modern logistics industry" becoming the focus of attention.The question-How to develop the modern logistics industry under the national strategy has become the focus of all levels of Chinese government.There is no doubt that modern logistics industry has an important influence on the regional economic development and the logistics node is an important carrier of modern logistics industry,that makes scientific and rational layout of the logistics nodes to promote the integration of logistics construction and efficient operation becoming very important,so the study of relevant theory and planning of logistics layout is a hot area.Under this background,this paper choses the layout of regional logistics nodes as the research subject.After lots of jobs about relevant literatures have been done,the domestic and foreign related research were reviewed,their main opinions and blanks have been summed up,this paper also discussed and comparative analysed the domestic and foreign existing logistics nodes.Based on the summary of previous research methods,this paper chooses the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to study the problem of regional multi-level logistics node layout.For qualitative factors,the method based on TOPSIS to make multi-attribute group decision is used,and for quantitative factors are analyzed by hierarchical cluster analysis.First experts graded the qualitative index score,given different weights of experts through its decision matrix entropy.Quantitative indicators using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)on different parameters given different weights and then used the hierarchical clustering analysis in the SPSS19.0 to analyse each node.The final planning proposals combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results of the layout of regional logistics nodes.At the end of this paper,selects Yuxi city as the example of empirical research to verify the layout of logistics nodes in Yuxi and provided some advices. |
