Research On The Characteristics Of The Development Of Archives In Modern China

Modern China is a special historical period,while significant changes occurred in the society.So a particular social morphology asks the development of Archives in modern China that adapts with it.So,we can say that-The fortune of modern China was eventful during that time,which acutely effected the development of Archives.And the development of Archives has impacts that ranged from political affairs and economy to culture by different ways and mechanisms.The study of the development of modern archives is not only sorting out the development skeleton of Archives,but also to summarize the development characteristics of modern archives at all levels.We can get enlightenment though analysis the development characteristics of Archives to guide the future development.In this paper,under the background of modern social transformation,I sum up the development characteristics of modern archives and explore its characteristic causes and its influence on the development of Archives in New China by studying the development of all aspects of modern archives,such as archival institutions,archival laws,archival education and archival science,with a detailed comparison of the ancient archives.
