| In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology and large data,wearable equipment,this emerging industry has also accelerated the pace of rise,and further led to the growth of its service applications.App service application as a direct contact with the user’s channel,the quality of its service directly on the application of the satisfaction of the production can not be affected.Customer satisfaction as the core concept of modern quality management,has become the organization to obtain competitive advantage and to ensure sustained and stable development of the key factors.With regard to the current wearable equipment and app service applications,the market penetration rate is getting higher and higher,the natural user’s overall satisfaction and service quality directly affect the consumer’s purchase mood,and even indirectly affect the overall loss of customers.So,for the wearable equipment app service application satisfaction research is of realistic significance.Based on the relevant theory,this paper constructs the satisfaction index model,and establishes a set of theories and methods to evaluate the satisfaction of the app service for the app service.Based on the user’s satisfaction with the app service application.This paper focuses on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the satisfaction of the wearable equipment app service application.First of all,on the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign related equipment can be wearing equipment app satisfaction literature,combined with the actual use of the situation,a comprehensive theoretical study.Secondly,with the help of the relevant satisfaction index system,the user satisfaction model is constructed,the index system is transformed into the questionnaire and the relevant users are surveyed and quantitatively analyzed.Finally,according to the results of this evaluation,the relevant variables are analyzed and discussed,and then the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward and the countermeasures are put forward. |
