With the development of science and technology, as well as the improvement of living standards, the smart home system is gradually accepted by the public. Up to now, more and more technology companies have tried to enter the field of smart home,and publish their own intelligent platform. It forms a new open platform for smart home. At the same time, low-carbon environmentally friendly renewable energy, such as solar energy, is being paid attention to by the world. In particular, the solar water heater is widely used, and the industry of solar water heater controller is booming,which has broad prospects.Aiming at the disadvantages of the solar water heater controller, such as single function, complicated operation, inconvenient installation and local control, this paper describes the design of a new type of solar water heater control system. It is based on embedded system, Internet of things and cloud server, network communication protocol. The data mining and analysis technology are also applied. The main content is as follows:Firstly, this paper describes the design of the network controller, which accesses to the Internet through WiFi wireless communication mode. The Arduino Leonardo is selected as the core module. And the power supply module supplies for the whole controller. The DS18B20 is applied to measure water temperature while the electrode type water level sensor is used for measuring water level. Meanwhile, the electromagnetic valve and electric heating rod are all controlled by relay. OLED display screen is used as man-machine interaction module. The whole modular design simplifies the installation.Secondly, through software programming, the water temperature and level can be watched in the OLED, and the solar water heater controller is under the control of manual switch. A series of human functions is provided to make it more intelligent. As a result, it achieves the function of local manual control.Thirdly, this paper introduces the development of the Internet of things and cloud platform, as well as the TCP protocol and HTTP protocol. Based on the Yeelink networking platform and SAE private cloud platform, the solar water heater controller can be checked and controlled by browser on personal computer, or APP and Wechat on the mobile phone.Finaly,in the automatic mode,the control of the solar water heater is obtainedby analyzing the local weather conditions and daily data of user. According to the personal usage records in the database, the Apriori association algorithm is used for data mining and analysis. The frequent item sets and association rules are implemented to achieve the optimization of the whole control system. The relationship is added to the control system, which provides a control strategy for the use of the solar water heater in the home.
