Since the middle of the 18 th century,social production has occurred three times in the industrial revolution,the revolutionary innovation and dominate by western countries,directly to the big social production into "steam era" to "electric age" until the "information age".And the fourth time the industrial revolution,in the Internet industry,industrial intelligent,industrial integration,with artificial intelligence,clean energy,no one to control technology,quantum information technology,virtual reality,and the principle of biological technology new technology revolution.The intelligent robot,known as the "crown jewel of the manufacturing industry",is the top priority of the fourth industrial revolution.Education robot and industrial robot are important fields of artificial intelligence.The current robot,for the most part,also is limited to extracurricular interest class mode,which dominated by nonprofessional robot education practitioners,using existing robot hardware and software education and guide the relevant interest groups,the lack of professionalism.In addition to education robots,more of our industrial robots.At present,there are a lot of industrial robot manufacturers,and the application standard is more focused,which cannot be standardized across the cross-regional and cross-breed industries.Aiming at the problems above,this paper proposes a new theory and application of standardized method,that is,from the methodology of granular computing and the hierarchy of ideas,layered for the intelligent robot system is calculated,through the new theory to guide the robot system can be modular,make its can be simplified according to different requirements.Core idea of this article is from the methodology of granular computing,and hierarchical structure,a granularity space is introduced according to the degree of task difficulty,the stratification of intelligent robot systems,modular processing.For complex education robot system,which can be divided into different levels,the processing tasks in different levels,and for different tasks,the degree of grain with different thickness to packing,this relatively simple degree method and algorithm are different.Education by the processing of hierarchy,modular robot system,forming a hierarchical education model,and applied to the education system of the robot,so as to match different age level education phase of the interest groups.For industrial robots,should abandon the limitation of regional manufacturers,variety,function,according to the application Settings to set up the one with industry authority,scientific,perfect and uniform standard can be implemented,namely first to modular of industrial robots,by each module to the standardized development of whole industry standardization.This paper has the following innovation: first,using the methodology and the hierarchy of ideas,granular computing will now intelligent robot modular processing,after a modular,can be used for "module" the demanders of grain of classification.Second,the education robot system is more complex,the use of a layered theory,the education robot system modular processing,make it simple,and the different interest groups to make detailed stratification and quantification,provide a set of perfect and scientific,targeted education scheme and industry standards.Third,the current industrial robots have modular,functional diversification,etc,but relatively expensive,the layered theory is applied to the industrial robot system,make sure the modularity of industrial robots,by the standardization of a single module to the standardization of the whole robot again by the standardization of the whole robot development to the industry standard.After the use of standardized thinking,can be one of the industrial robot module replacement,the product is standardized platform,replace the new module with the height of the hardware and software compatibility,namely the user on the premise of standardization can be used according to different environment change of different modules.
