| College institutional knowledge base alliance is the hot research direction of informatics and library science in recent years.Institutional knowledge bases in institutions of higher learning are produced in response to the era of big data.They are not only related to the collection and arrangement of information,but also closely related to the production of social life.In the era of big data,for universities,as a major academic institution and research focus,a large number of highly academic and gray resources such as feasibility studies,annual reports,experimental data,patent documents,or blueprints are basically scattered around the research.In their own hands,they have not been widely disseminated and utilized.Is the emergence of institutions’ knowledge bank alliances effective in solving such problems? At the same time,it can provide society with value-added use and innovation and utilization.This article studies various aspects of the interactive relationship between the participants of the knowledge bank of the university institutional knowledge base,and adopts certain game theory knowledge to put forward the corresponding strategic issues,so as to promote the sustainable and stable upward development of the institutional knowledge bank alliance in the university.Based on comparative analysis of literature research and related specific institutional institutions knowledge base coalition,this paper adopts the 5H2 W analysis method to further analyze and analyze the institutional knowledge bank alliances in China’s universities.Understanding what is the main body of participation of the alliance,and finally determine the direction of interaction of the three participating parties,namely the interaction between the alliance members and the alliance,the interaction between the alliance members,and the interaction between the alliance and the users.Based on well-founded analysis results,it is determined that this paper startsfrom the five levels for further explanation and explanation,which are overview,theoretical basis,interactive status,game analysis,and strategy analysis.In order to explore the construction model and strategy of institutional knowledge-base alliances in institutions of higher learning in our country,this paper studies the interactive relationship among the participants of the institutional knowledge bank alliance in universities in China,and combines the problems in the current interactive process and the advantages and experience of institutional knowledge-base alliance building in foreign universities.This paper proposes strategies for building the knowledge base of institutions of higher learning in China from the perspectives of information resource management,the mutual benefit development model of alliance members,the improvement of alliance user service and the enhancement of user management. |
