As an important part of financial institutions,joint-stock commercial Banks are of great importance to the operation of national economy.Commercial banks credit files play a decisive role.Bank credit records record the bank management activities,including the bank itself,banks and customers,banks and economic and social relations between the various is an indispensable support for the development of bank business important record voucher.In recent years,with the continuous progress of information technology means,due to various reasons,the credit archives management technology of China’s commercial banks has not been updated in time,and the means of credit management have lagged far behind.In addition to technology behind,commercial banks in the credit file management there is still such a problem.This paper takes the archives management of commercial banks as the main research subject and discusses some new conditions and problems faced by the credit archives management of commercial banks under the circumstance of continuous updating of information means in recent years.Based on the introduction of the background of the selected topics,the significance of the selected topics and the literature review,the author begins with the analysis of the concept and types of credit archives,and narrates the characteristics,functions and management status of the bank credit archives management in detail,The problem is summarized.These problems include: not paying enough attention to concepts,inadequate capital investment,low quality of credit archives management personnel,restriction of management system,backward technical means and lack of management innovation.This paper analyzes the causes of these problems,and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the effective management of credit archives.I hope the dissertation will be helpful to the improvement of the credit archives management in China’s commercial banks.
