Salary is a significant factor to influence the development of modern enterprise. A good salary system may improve the efficiency and reduce the cost of enterprise operation. To find the existing problems in Changsha Xing Ye bank post-salary and analyze the causes deeply, this paper will adopt the methods of theoretical research, investigation, standard research and empirical research, basing on the correlation analysis of ChangSha Xing Ye bank post-salary and staff working attitude.Focusing on the characteristics of staff in corporate bank and concrete questions in post-salary practice, considering the practical situation of ChangSha Xing Ye bank, this paper applies equity theory, delegate-proxy theory and modern salary theory, and designs a new effective salary system of staff in corporate bank, which ignores the grade, emphasizes work performance and motivation of the staff, and possess easy operating. According to the characteristics and the situation of ChangSha Xing Ye bank which is from facility unified transform to diversified enterprise, this paper puts forward the improving ways, step and concrete implement programs of post-salary.
