With the end of transition of China's WTO accession and the development of economic globalization,the competition between the enterprises are more and more fiercely,which basically are the competition between talented people.More enterprises hope to obtain competitive advantages through management of human resources in the modern era.Meanwhile,the management of salaries-- the core of it-- also becomes the most part that staffs concerned.Effective salaries' management can solve many problems, as well as help the company attract,retain,encourage,and develop the staffs.Nevertheless, it is important to lift the staffs' spirits,strengthen the development,and then achieve strategic target.Su Zhou TL Science & Technology Co.,Ltd,which used to be a small collective company now is the machine-tool-manufacture one.In 1989,the company established joint venture,and became Limited Liability Company.In 2003,after succeeding in restructuring on Chinese part,the company became the private joint venture.Currently,the Chinese side gets 70%of the shares,while the foreign side only gets 30%.In the process of transforming the mechanism of management,this company had many methods that deserve another companies to learn.However,with the development of the company,the existing management of salaries exposed a lot of problems:such as the mismatch of the salaries and company's strategic target,the internal injustice of the salary system,the unity of salary patterns,the narrowing of raising salary,the inflexibleness of welfare of the company.How to improve and change the company's original management of salaries,and enhance the development of the company has cried out for immediate solution.The essay aims to analyze the connotation and denotation of the management of salaries and explore the suitable theories and technical methods by practicing.First of all,it is elaborated the concept and component of the salary,and introduced the basic theories about it;then introduce the management of salaries of Su Zhou TL Science & Technology Co.,Ltd,Through interviewing and investigating to diagnosis the existing problems and reasons;at last,it is designed a reform plan about post evaluation,point method,total rewards,broad banding salary,and cafeteria-style benefit and so on.It is also hoped to offer a feasible ideas and thoughts for another companies of the same kind.
