Shanghai Pudong Development Bank's SME Financing Innovation Research

As the deepening of the reform of China's economic system, SMEs have grown into an important strength to promote the economic growth and into an important channel to absorb surplus labor employment. However, behind the growth of SMEs, their developments are facing some problems to be solved soon, of which financing difficulties have become the bottlenecks that restrict the development of SMEs.Based on the realistic background that SMEs have difficulties in financing, and by the use of the dialectical analysis, inductive analysis and abstract deductive methods, this paper firstly expounded the SMEs financing status in China and general characteristics. Then together with the basic descriptions above and the features and practical situation of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, it analyses the general situation such as overview of financing, financing difficulties and financing features of SMEs of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank. Through thoroughly analysis of SMEs'financing status of Pudong Development Bank, we explored the causes of SMEs'financing difficulties of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank. In this paper, we proposed Shanghai Pudong Development Bank's need for innovative research and further planning for future innovation of SMEs'financing, combining with the related financing service and the reality of financing of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank. Finally, practical cases were given to explore new financing packages for SMEs, which can be options and references for the whole industry.
