Research On Rural Management Model From Multiple Subject Of Interest

In current transformation period of urbanization,rural area has become an important concern,and the highlighted value of rural resources and sustained reform of rural resource market have generated even higher requirements for rural resource utilization and rural development.However,existing research has failed to give a clear respond to this issue for its incomplete,inaccurate and unsystematic cognition and judgment on the status-quo and the internal and external mechanism of rural resource utilization and its relationship with urbanization.Under this context the thesis propose rural management as a possible solution,and attempts to give theoretical construction and empirical study on rural management in the perspective of subject.In the part of theoretical study,this thesis first introduce the perspective of subject.In this way this thesis hypothesis that reinventing subject as the starting point of rural management.It is the key to solving the problem of passive rural urbanization mode.Based on this,this thesis proposes that rural management is the process of integrating the participation of multi-subject in order to lower internal resistance of urban and rural systems as well as foster endogenous power of rural development.The key point of rural management is the collaboration of multi-subject on the basis of rural resource utilization,and is the useful supplement for China's current rural urbanization.The thesis also proposes a corresponding analytical framework called Subject-Behavior-Carrier-Response-Effect Mode.In the part of empirical study,this thesis takes the typical county,Ningyang,Shandong Province,as the empirical object.The analysis of status-quo of Ningyang indicates that the main problem is the endogenous and exogenous constraints and the lack of endogenous power,and therefore it is necessary to introduce rural development as the possible supplement to existing urbanization patterns.Then the thesis proposes three ways of rural management on the basis of different combination of multi-subjects.With the analytical framework,this thesis paper illustrate the three different ways of rural management in the perspective of subject's behavior and carrier,and verified the feasibility through the evaluation of response and effect of rural management methods.The detailed contents of each chapter are as follows.Chapter 1 is introduction.Chapter 2 is the concept and framework of rural management in the perspective of subject.Chapter3 is the analysis of status-quo and dilemma of urbanization of Ningyang.Chapter 4 is the theoretical hypothesis and empirical study of rural management mode of Ningyang.Chapter 5 is conclusion and discussion.
