| The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,and pointed out the direction for the development of rural areas in China.The proposal of the rural revitalization strategy has ushered in unprecedented opportunities for the overall development of China’s rural areas.The content of "Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)" clearly pointed out that agricultural development is the basis for the prosperity of rural industries,and the integrated development of rural industries is an effective way to achieve "industry prosperity" and then to achieve "rich living" for rural residents.Under this background,exploring how to improve the quality and efficiency of rural industrial integration development and expand the positive role of rural industrial integration development in realizing rural revitalization strategies is one of the important issues in the current rural development process.As a modern city,Tianjin ’s agricultural development is still an indispensable part,but it is still a development model that is dominated by smallholder management and chemical agriculture.There is a problem of poor industrial integration and difficulty for farmers to increase their income from agriculture.A lot of work needs to be done to achieve the goals stipulated in the rural revitalization strategy,and there are many academic issues that deserve academic attention and research.Therefore,this thesis chooses the research subject that takes Tianjin rural industrial integration as the object.The purpose of this study is to explore the optimization path of rural industrial integration in Tianjin with the background of the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,so as to provide more powerful impetus for Tianjin to achieve "industrial prosperity" in rural areas.Then,the goal of rural residents "to live a rich life" is rapidly and qualitatively.In this study,the literature research method is used to sort out and summarize the relevant research achievements obtained by previous scholars,and to define the concepts of Rural Revitalization Strategy and industrial convergence development.Under the guidance of agricultural multi-function theory,the sixth industry theory,factor flow theory and agricultural externalities,combined with the collected literature,the inductive method is used to give a detailed description of the current situation of rural industrial integration in Tianjin.It also summarizes the problems existing in the development of rural industrial integration in Tianjin,such as insufficient support for rural industrial integration development,insufficient driving power of integration main body,insufficient internal motivation for technological upgrading,loose interest linkage mechanism and inadequate market lead function.This thesis applies qualitative analysis to three main modes of rural industrial integration development,namely,extension of agricultural industry chain,expansion of agricultural functions andinfiltration of technology.Empirical analysis is conducted by entropy method and grey correlation method to verify the degree of changes in the development of rural industrial integration in Tianjin and the correlation between the selected indicators and the disposable income of rural residents and the increase of industrial output value.It is concluded that the degree of rural industrial integration in Tianjin has gradually deepened,and there is a strong correlation between the rural industrial integration and the disposable income of residents and the upgrading of the value of one industry.The rural industrial integration development plays a significant role in promoting the Rural Revitalization Strategy by enhancing the disposable income of rural residents and strengthening the agricultural production base.Finally,combined with the empirical results,put forward some reasonable suggestions to promote the integration and development of rural industry in Tianjin. |
